About this property

This brand new home was designed to share comfortably with two families (not 8-10 adults). Positioned high on the lane it feels like you're sitting in the mountains with views on every side.

Located near parks and school playgrounds with a short walk to Eely Point at Lake Wānaka. Heading into town is a 20 min walk or a 5 minute short drive.

The master bedroom has a king bed & ensuite.

The second bedroom has a queen bed.

The bunk room has single beds on top and double beds underneath. The double beds can sleep two small people comfortably.

The media room/third bedroom has a pull out couch.

A fully equipped kitchen includes all standard appliances plus air fryer, toasted sandwich maker, coffee perc.

The open dining area flows to a large deck for outdoor entertaining.
