Minimum age to rent is 25. Renters under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All renters checking in March-April must submit valid IDs before arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS. Violation of this policy results in being asked to leave immediately and $750 fine.

CasaVista is the perfect getaway for its proximity to everything and all the cabin has to offer. Have a cup of coffee on the deck and enjoy the stunning views at sunrise! You could also take a walk around the neighborhood loop, enjoying long-range views and beautiful wooded scenery. You might even see some wildlife!
Staying in for the day? Play some boards games, foosball, or watch your favorite shows on one of the smart TVs. Headed out? Take a short drive to adventure on one of the many trails in the North Georgia mountains. Or head right down the road to Mercier Orchards for some tasty treats, you-pick, tractor tours, winery, and more!
After you've had some fun, grab a bite to eat and shop around in downtown Blue Ridge. Or cook at the cabin! Enjoy whipping up a special meal and take in the view from the open and beautifully renovated kitchen.
After a fun day and a beautiful sunset on the deck, head down to the fire pit and roast marshmallows or relax in the seven-person hot tub.

You’ll love the cozy, relaxing bedrooms with boho modern décor. This fully outfitted mountain retreat sets the vibe for the quintessential outdoor getaway. Snuggle up with one of the stylish throw blankets after a day of hiking or exploring town. Each bedroom includes smart TVs, bedding and linens, memory foam mattresses or toppers, and blackout curtains.

The king primary bedroom faces a beautiful view of the rolling mountain landscape. You can see for miles! Wake up every morning to the sight of all the mountaintops peeking above the fog. Enjoy having your own space with the en-suite bathroom.

In the queen upstairs bedroom, there is a memory foam mattress to accommodate two additional guests.

Need to get some work done while traveling? You can easily set up your laptop at the desk in the downstairs king bedroom.

There’s plenty of room for the kids in the downstairs bunk/game room. This room is equipped with a foosball table, board games, smart TV, and mini fridge.

Casavista has three full bathrooms, each are brand new! One is an en-suite bathroom for the master bedroom upstairs. Another is located in the hallway upstairs and adjoins the queen bedroom. The third bathroom is located in the basement in between the king bedroom and bunk/game room. There's plenty of space to get ready at the double vanity.

You’ll love the custom rustic cabinetry and new showers. Forgot to bring shampoo, conditioner, or body soap? Don’t worry, we provide a “starter kit” along with towels for your convenience.

Need to wash your clothes or towels? There’s a spacious laundry room with washer and dryer in the basement.

Guests who violate any of the following policies will be charged a fee or may be asked to leave.

✩ Quiet Hours ✩
Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Guests who violate this policy will be asked to leave.

✩ Parties ✩
We do not allow parties of any kind. Guests who violate this policy will be asked to leave.

✩ Smoking ✩
This is a non-smoking property (including outdoor areas). Guests who violate this policy will be charged $500.

✩ Check-in and Check-out ✩
You will be notified the morning of check-in if early check-in is available. Late check-outs are not available. A late check-out fee of $50 will be applied after 10:00 am for the first hour. Check-outs more than an hour late will be charged for one night (equal to the average nightly rate).

✩ Cancellations ✩
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. We do not provide a refund for family emergencies, medical reasons, weather, or other circumstances. You will be refunded in the event of a mandatory wildfire evacuation.
Trip alteration requests less than 30 days from check-in will not be accepted.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case you need to cancel.
