Everything we were hoping for

A beautiful well maintained house in the outskirts of Vienna (25 minute drive) with direct access to the Wienerwald - which we walked every morning. Truly a find and a sure repeat for us.

Wow!!!

This house was AMAZING! The online pictures do not do it justice. It is comfortable and wonderfully located. The owners were very friendly and gave several suggestions for food, drink, and entertainment nearby. If we ever return to Vienna, I will definitely look into this property again. P.s. their tv does not switch to English (we tried to screen mirror and I’m sorry to the owners if we messed it up)

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und super ausgestattet. Die Erreichbarkeit gen Wien ist hervorragend und dennoch kann man die Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit in Mödling genießen. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Alles wunderbar.Wenn zu dem sehr schönen Ferienhaus noch Wetterglück dazu kommt ist es schlichtweg perfekt. Aber Mödling/ Umgebung und die gute Erreichbarkeit nach Wien sind auch bei schlechtem Wetter attraktiv.. Sehr nette Vermieter! Wir wollen wiederkommen.

Kleines Paradies

Alix und Günther verzauberten uns mit diesem Kleinod. Die beiden waren super aufmerksam und trotzdem sehr zurückhaltend. Wir konnten von hier aus all die spannenden Dinge der Gegend erkunden und abends entspannt unter der Linde sitzen und leckeren Wein genießen (vielen Dank dafür!). Geschlafen haben wir traumhaft, bei der Ausstattung mangelt es an nichts. Wir empfehlen die Villa unbedingt!

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten in diesem wunderschönen und sehr geschmackvollen eingerichteten Ferienhaus eine schöne Woche. Es gibt jede Menge Platz, viele Sitzgelegenheiten und einen idyllischen Ausblick ins Grüne. Unser bester Freund wurde der Turmventilator :), da es in der Woche sehr heiß war. Aber auch der Pool war nach langen Fußmärschen durch Wien und vielen Besichtigungen entspannend. Alix und Günther sind sehr dezente Gastgeber, aber immer da, wenn man eine Frage hat.

Wirklich ein Schatz..

...vor den Toren Wiens. Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Villa ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlte an Nichts. Besonderen Dank an unsere Gastgeber, die uns herzlich aufgenommen haben! Die Gegend ist wunderbar zum Wandern, Tagestouren oder Ausflug nach Wien. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Stilvolle Unterkunft in Bestlage

Eine tolle und ruhige Unterkunft mit sehr geräumigen Zimmern, bestens ausgestattet und in traumhafter Lage für Citytouren aber auch Ausflüge in die Natur. Bezüglich Waschmaschine/Trockner/Pool sollte die Beschreibung auf Mitbenutzung angepasst werden.

Tolles Ferienhaus in Mödling

Im April 2024 haben wir 7 Übernachtungen in diesem großzügigen und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus verbracht und sind voll und ganz zufrieden. Highlights waren der Wintergarten mit Blick in den sehr schön angelegten Garten, der tolle Pool sowie die ruhige Lage direkt am Wiener Wald. Wir kommen gerne wieder !
