About the host

Hosted by Greg Maund

Host profile image
We are the Maunds. We've just moved to NH from Maine to be on the best snowmobile trails we could find in New England. We love the outdoors and hiking, sitting at the firepit, or anything else that gets us outside. We hope you enjoy our house as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

The Log Cabin sits on a hill facing the western mountains, and is the last house on the private road. It is very quiet here and you can heat the birds and the river rushing at the edge of the property. It sits on a private 6 acre lot. There are rolling meadows for a couple of acres and then forestland. The sun sets over the mountain range each night, moving across the horizon throughout the year.

What makes this property unique

There is a large deck which is furnished (seasonally) with a table & multiple chairs as well as a BBQ grill. There are 3 levels of living space in the house, and a cozy reading nook for office work. There is also a firepit outside to watch the sunsets in colder weather or have a beverage. The views from our vantage point are truly spectacular.
