About this property

Weather you are spending family, "me" or "our" time, this is a nice quiet place to relax and breath.

Home is vacation ready with a large back yard, nearby park, walking/biking trail, Lake Elmo, the Metra Park for all events, concerts and rodeos. Shopping is nearby and some great restaurants. Not to far from Downtown Billings or the airport.

In the living room you will find a WELCOME book with listings for you to consider (marking some of my personal favorites) and To Do brochures.
The space
As I am a believer that vacations are meant to spend time together as a family (how I was raised), this home has been designed for such time.

There are games to play as a family and a pool table. (NO unattended young children to play with the pool table.) Only one television in the house, but has something for everyone, including sports pkg and soccer.

Large back yard to play in, a patio for mom and dad to relax and a picnic table for outdoor eating or family chats. There is a sprinkler head on the hose for kids to play in the water if they want to. PLEASE let water run and make sure it is cooled off before children play in it.

7th person must be an infant or child under 3 years old. There is a crib/toddler bed and a changing table for your use. ALL GUESTS MUST BE NAMED ON RESERVATION.

Home is NO smoking/NO vaping.

There is a workout area which has a full body Bowflex and Nordictrack stationary bike with a wide comfortable seat. (NO children allowed on equipment.)

Other things to note
Home is within minutes to a few hours from historic locations, sightseeing and hiking trails.

There is a seasonal outdoor water park not far from the house and a year round indoor water park at the West end of Billings.

No Smoking, No Vaping and No Marajuana on premises.

COVID best cleaning practices. I do my best to create a clean and safe environment for my guests.

Perfect Stay

The house was perfect for our trip to Billings for a concert. It had a lot of little extra touches that were nice. The house is very new, very clean and spacious.

I was born and raised in California. We moved to MT in 2016 and never looked back. We all love it here.

I'm kind of a "jack of all trades". My hobbies are everything from florals to wood working to sewing. This year I learned to drywall, tape and mud. LOL

I enjoy being able to make someone's vacation or, in some cases, event as pleasurable and comfortable as possible.
Occasionally my guests tell me why they are coming to Billings and I enjoy them sharing.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is up coming and is quiet. I fell in love with the house the moment I walked in.
This home is also located very close to wonderful amenities such as the fairgrounds and arena, the biking/walking trail that goes all the way to the Yellowstone river, close by park, restaurants, grocery store, Lake Elmo and an outdoor seasonal water park.
This home is also only about 15 minutes from the airport and Downtown Billings. Not to mention all the things to do within just a couple/few hours drive!

What makes this property unique

When I designed the interior of this home, I recalled things I liked about the airbnb's and hotels I have stayed in, as well as things I didn't like. I also raised a family and considered things I would have liked to see for my kids, especially considering the local amenities.
I have continued to add little things to make this a cozy place to be.

A lot of thought and love went into this home.
