The house was clean and provided everything we needed. Not much nearby, but easy access by car to restaurants and the National Park. We enjoyed our stay.
Quality Tucson location close to great downtown restaurants and vibe
It was well equipped, and ready for us. We enjoyed easy access to get out to hiking trails, on the interstate, go to the university, and very much enjoyed going downtown to Galleries and restaurants.
Confortable stay with my family during an out of town catering event. It was nice to finish working and come to a place that feels homey rather than a hotel. Great hosts!
We had a wonderful stay and great rental experience. House was very clean and well appointed. It was a great base for us as we explored Tucson and the surrounding area. The hosts were great! Excellent communication with them both prior to and during our stay.
The home had everything we needed. We have special dietary needs, and the kitchen was well equipped so we could make our meals there and not worry about restaurant food.
Everything worked.
It is a good location. We enjoyed our stay.
The property was sparkling clean with thoughtful touches for guests. Wonderful kitchen. Comfortable beds. Loved the colors/decor. Not far from downtown. Appreciated the hosts’ availability and responsiveness. Great stay!
This home was perfect for our mini vacation. I would have given the location a 5 if it had more things in walking distance. We enjoy walking to dinner at night. The recommendations from the owners were wonderful. The drive to different areas was very easy. Wendy and Alan were super easy to work with.
Everything was great…. Except we couldn’t figure out the thermostat.

Thanks, Travis! Please feel free to reach out anytime with questions -- we could have helped with the thermostat (it's a new Nest model). Hope to host you again!
The house is cool but the neighborhood was less scenic than other areas. It’s my fault for not looking at the location more carefully and we spent the bulk of our time by UofA which is a 10-minute drive. It’s clean and comfortable; the parking is good and I was grateful for the gate that closed.
This was a lovely VRBO to stay at. It was very clean, comfortable and modern. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the dining room table was absolutely lovely. The bedrooms were well furnished. And it is close to downtown. I wish the ample outdoor space was more livable - coming to Tucson in the winter, it's nice to be outside but there wasn't much setup for that beyond the small patio out front despite a fairly sizable yard. Overall, we all enjoyed our time there and Wendy was very responsive and helpful.
The house was clean and was spacious w room for all. The notice said close to downtown and the University. I took that to mean that one could walk to those locations. Maybe it’s Tucson but walking wasn’t an option so I was disappointed. But the weather was great!
Easy to find, nice home! Clean and host was communicative. The only little issue was it got very cold when we were there and the system for air/heat is controlled by the host. So we were not able to put in heat mode. They eventually did switch it over remotely. But overall a good stay! Thank you
