Loved the condo

We have stayed at the Sheraton before but the views from this condo were amazing! We had the best time and enjoyed having coffee every morning before hitting the slopes with an awesome view! Ana was amazing with communication and helping out when needed! We will definitely be back l, hopefully very soon! Thank you for an exceptional stay!

Showed up at the resort and no reservation on file, on open room that nice, complete miserable experience. Prob my first and last try at this

I’m very sorry to hear that, Ryan. Unfortunately, I don’t see any phone calls from you nor do I see any messages or emails from you, VRBO, or the resort either. If you had an issue at checkin, I would’ve tried to fix this for you had I been aware.
