Small Town Feel. Sweet cozy home and lovely backyard Min 29 day stay.
Minimum 29 day stay. This is a quiet area , and only a short walk from Talent. The home is aesthetically decorated with art and photography. It has a large backyard with a beautiful gazebo imported from Thailand. It is an amazing place to have a cup of tea in the morning or meal. There’s some lovely tall trees in the back that give it a forest feeling. This is our part time home , make it yours too for a while. Minimun 30 day stay.

My husband and I winter in Mexico and summer in Canada with spring and fall in Talent, Each location was picked for its beauty and perfect weather. You could describe us as migratory birds. I am a photographer and my husband is an author and a professor. And all-time piano player. You’ll see my work throughout the house.
Why they chose this property
We chose Talent , Oregon because it was just so lovely and sweet. It reminded me of the good old days in small towns when the good humor man came through town. It has a lot to offer for a small town and Ashland is only a five minute drive. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and even wine tasting and a super theater with live performances.
What makes this property unique
I would say the biggest feature that we love is the backyard. It’s big private and has a gorgeous gazebo from Thailand, which is so magical. The neighborhood is wonderful and it’s great to take a walk in the late afternoon, listen to music at local venues, and sip some wine maybe!
