This apartment has one private bedroom with queen bed as well as an elevated study loft with desk. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for cooking. In unit washer and dryer make doing laundry a breeze. Get your work done efficiently with fast WiFi and the keyless locks make coming and going a snap.
Pets allowed with a $250 pet fee and $25 per month charge. Security deposit of $1000 required on all 30+ day reservations. Please message us for details.

We operate under the business name Stay Roanoke. Parking is limited to free street parking or paid garages. Rentals over 30 days are eligible for discounted parking lot permits through the city. This modern apartment has brand new furnishings from TXTUR, a locally-owned luxury furniture company. The queen bed has a comfy memory foam mattress. This is a third floor apartment with stair and elevator access. It has a full kitchen stocked with cooking and cleaning supplies. There is a full set of linens for the bed as well as towels and paper products. The washer and dryer are located in the unit. The WiFi is fast and will easily allow for remote work. The TV includes streaming packages from Hulu, Amazon, YouTube TV (for local channels) and ESPN. All utilities are included.
