About this property

Great for 1-2 couples/families and their children.

Air conditioned town house style condo on edge of forest abutting White Mountain Forest. Close access to forest hiking trails.

We take your safety very seriously and do our utmost to provide a safe, clean environment for your stay.

Main floor includes entry area, fully furnished kitchen, dining area, half bath, gathering space with flat screen TV. Sliding door to back deck with electric grill.

2nd floor includes primary bedroom with king size bed w/attached private full bathroom. 2nd bedroom w/queen size bed with hall bathroom.

Finished basement includes 2nd gathering area w/large screen TV & surround sound, full bathroom & utility room w/washer & dryer.

Swimming pool, tennis & pickle ball courts are a very short walk away. White Mountain National Forest trails are just across parking lot.

Internet, All TV's are smart TV's and support streaming access.
The updated kitchen is fully furnished for those times you prefer to eat in.
Convenient electric grill just off deck.

Outdoor local attractions. The North Conway area has so much to offer. New Hampshire State Forest and other portions of the White Mountain National Forest are only short drives away. Echo Lake and Cathedral Ledge are just off Westside Rd, and just minutes away. Diana's Bath is another popular local attraction. The nearby Saco River is accessible for swimming and canoeing. The Kancamangus highway offers a lovely scenic drive through the White Mountains providing many beautiful vistas that can be seen from the parking lot, as well as opportunities to hike from short walks in the woods to view waterfalls to more serious hiking adventures. The National Park visitor center is located near the intersection of Rt. 16 and the Kancamangus. There are also many well maintained cross county ski trails, several nearby down hill ski areas including Mt. Cranmore, and Attitash. Snowmobile trails are also nearby.

Other local attractions: Shopping/restaurants - Settlers Green offers a large selection of outlet stores, in addition to many unique local and chain stores that are found along Rt. 16. There is a wide assortment of restaurants for every taste and price range.

The North Conway area offers 2 miniature golf locations, Conway scenic railway, Uberblast for indoor fun. Nearby Storyland is a great children's attraction. Schuyler Park in town center offers a playground for young children. Several Golf courses including Hales's Location are nearby. Horseback riding and winter sled rides are available on Westside Rd. Canoe rental center and put-in for Saco River just off Westside Rd. These are just a sampling of some of the possibilities for a stay in the North Conway area. You will find this condo is in a very convenient location.

Girls Weekend in North Conway

Great Location and Condo Layout

This is a quiet location, yet still only minutes to North Conway Village. The owner is very responsive and has setup the condo to be very clear for all directions during the stay. I would highly recommended staying at this beautiful, spacious condo.

About the host

Our father vacationed in North Conway from the time he was a little boy. As kids we spent many summers and winters, camping and skiing in the White Mountains. When our parents were ready to retire, they choose North Conway as the location. With the peace and relaxation along with all North Conway has to offer with a great mix of outdoor activities, shopping and dining. We are hoping to offer that experience to other people.

Why they chose this property

Love of the location, the floor plan, and the relaxed feeling they got while here. It is just minutes from downtown North Conway's shopping and dining. It is also located off a less traveled road on 40 acres of association land abutting the White Mountain National Forest. The pool is a short walk and just far enough not to be bothersome when I am not using it ourselves. It is a place to come and relax, take a long walk or venture into the National Forest. We appreciate the variety of outdoor activities the National Forest has to offer, the shopping and dining the local towns have to offer and the solitude if that is what your looking for.

What makes this property unique

The condo has been recently remodeled. The kitchen is stocked with items to make cooking here easy, which is a great plus. This condo is in a quiet setting, a short walk to the pool and tennis/pickle ball courts. White Mountain National Forest is easily accessed. This is a definite 4 season destination.
