Very quiet location at the end of a dead end street. Large one acre lot you are welcome to sit outside and enjoy. While we live on site we keep to ourselves but are here if you have any questions.)

We built this apartment in our detached garage for guests to enjoy. We look forward to hosting you!

- No guests, loud music or noise after 10pm.
- No gatherings over 6 people without our permission.
Violation of these rules is subject to $500 fine and removal from our property without a refund.
