There is an application process required with the HOA, including a $150 fee due to the building. Therefore, reservations must be made at least 72 hours before arrival. This property can only be booked for a minimum of 4 weeks.

Security Hold or Damage Waiver:
This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $50 instead.

The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.
