About this property

Beautiful condo located in the heart of Marathon Key! 5 minutes to Sombrero beach which has a playground, bbq grills, and bathrooms. The condo has a full kitchen, located next to the elevator on the 4th floor. The condo is located in SkipJacks Resort which includes pool, gym, volleyball, bbq grills, Tiki Bar, and restaurant. Publix, Walgreens, and Gas Station are on the corner. Skipjacks offers you the opportunity to drop your boat and rent kayaks. The condo also has a water view in the front where manatees are often spotted. Balcony in the back overlooks the pool area where you can hear the band playing on the weekends. Lots of local restaurants with amazing food. The only thing that is missing is you!

Marathon Special

We enjoyed our stay in Marathon. We were very comfortable in these accommodations which are well appointed with a lovely beachy theme. The kitched is a bit small but doable for two. Otherwise, the amenities of its location is great!

Good Room

Good, central location in Marathon. Nice pool and cabaña bar. Short ride to a nice local beach.
