The Space:
**This studio is attached to the main house with an exterior door and two deadbolts, one on each side between the two units. I, the property manager, am the only person with a key. Either unit may be rented out at any time. It is not owner-occupied.
Guest Access:
Guests do not have access to the main house or the fenced backyard.
The Neighborhood:
Extremely quiet neighborhood with an older population. Five minutes from Forest Acres shopping and dining.
Getting Around:
We recommend a vehicle.
Interaction with Guests:
I am available through the Airbnb app, text message or phone call.
