Brand New Condo - Glades and Greens

Amenities: Private outdoor hot tub, private deck, BBQ, heated floors, gear storage, washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, close to ski hill.

Condo Layout: The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has one double bunk bed. The living room also has a pull out sofa. There are two full bathrooms, one an ensuite with a shower tub and the other with a walk-in shower.

Parking: There is one designated underground parking spot for this unit. Visitor parking is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please note, trailer and RV parking is strictly prohibited in the complex.

Bike & Gear Storage: There are two secure bike storage spots available. You will need to bring your own lock. We are not liable for lost or stolen items. Ski/board storage is available in a secured communal room in a private storage cage.

Great Access to the Mountain

Two minute drive to the mountain and on the bus line to town made is super convenient to get around. Condo is great and very nicely decorated. Hot tub and BBQ were great for our group. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would stay here again!

This unit had everything our family of 4 needed. Communication was fantastic. Hot tub needed some cleaning and the had it completed next day and the maintenance guy even gave us some pointers for hot spots. Perfect location and so close to the mountain. Construction did not bother us at all.

Nice new development, had all amenities required. Location will be better once development is complete, but restaurants and convenience stores are about a 5-10 minute drive. Some construction noise during the day.

Parking garage too small for a SUV. Parking outside the building was confusing. We were told no overnight parking and given directions to a lot in town to park - not realistic. Then were told we could park in the lot overnight by another tenant in the building. Clarification regarding parking is needed on check- in. Otherwise stay was nice.

New area. Some construction noise early (before 6:00 am)Did not recognize the dishwasher tablets under the sink, got help with that. Having 3 larger bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body soap on a very small / tine high shelf without sides (a shower caddy would be better is an accident waiting to happen... The bathroom sinks are so shallow and the bathroom faucets are so tiny that you are unable to get your hands under them to wash your hands.Nice and close to the hill. Good to have a LC and grocery store nearby.
