Step inside this spacious Revelstoke penthouse and enjoy a bright, open-concept living area featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the surrounding mountains.

Revelstoke Modern provides in-person guest check-in or self check -in.

Shops & Amenities at Mackenzie Village: At Mackenzie Village, everything you need is right at your doorstep. Just below the Mackenzie Village condos, you’ll find a variety of shops, services, and experiences to make your stay convenient and enjoyable. Start your day with a fresh coffee or a healthy bite at Little Spoon Café, or explore local creativity at the Art Gallery. Stay active with Flow Studio, offering Pilates, yoga, and spin classes, or pick up groceries and essentials at the on-site grocery store. A code will be provided and a fob is then located inside the unit for future entry. Access to this code will be provided the day of check-in. The fob is also used for the underground parking spot.

HIGHWAY 1 EAST ACCESS
- from the highway, turn onto Townley Street
- at the traffic circle, take your third exit (4th Street East)
- turn left at the stop sign on Nichol Road (toward the ski resort)
- Just after the school zone, you will see new condo buildings to your left. When you reach the next roundabout, take the third exit onto Coursier Ave and into the apartment complex
- You will be in the Building labelled Keystone on the right hand side of the road

HIGHWAY 1 NORTH ACCESS
- from the highway, turn onto Victoria Road
- at the traffic circle, take your 2nd exit (Victoria Road)
- at the next traffic circle, take your second exit (4th Street East)
- turn left on the stop sign at Nichol Road (toward the ski resort)
- just after the school zone you will see new condo buildings to your left, when you reach the next roundabout take the third exit onto Coursier Ave and into the apartment complex
- You will be in the Building labelled Keystone on the right hand side of the road

Parking & Property Notes: The property includes 1 reserved underground parking stall (8'4" clearance). Please note that RVs, trailers, or trucks with sled decks are not permitted in the garage. Additional street parking is available for extra vehicles. The ground-level parking lot is reserved for plaza customers, and the strata may tow vehicles left there overnight. A shovel is provided on the deck for snow removal if needed, though the patio is fully covered for your convenience. Some development work is ongoing at MacKenzie Plaza, so we recommend reviewing this before booking.

Does the property have a hot tub?
- Yes! You will have access to 2x 12 person hot tubs on the rooftop, along with an outdoor lounge area and a large BBQ station. There is no private hot tub on the deck of the condo.

Amazing space

Great corner unit that has lots of room. New building. Not many units are occupied in the building; garage was spacious and we had the rooftop hot tubs to ourselves.

This was our second stay at a Hive and Co property. Both experiences were OUTSTANDING. Our most recent stay at Revelstoke Modern was amazing. The new unit was outfitted with high end appliances and fully stocked with everything we needed. Very clean and tidy and the hot tub was perfect end to a ski day. Communication was very good and self check in was seamless. We look forward to our next stay!
