The Space:
Originally built in 1880, Park Place has been freshly remodeled to include all the modern amenities you desire while preserving the historic colonial feel that attracts many to downtown Savannah.
Enter the home through the second-floor entrance and enter a spacious open concept connecting the living room, kitchen, and dining spaces. In the living room, find a comfortable pull-out sofa, sitting chairs, and a smart TV ready to stream your favorite shows.
Directly off the living room, find the fully appointed kitchen with a full appliances package, pots, pans, cooking utensils, small appliances, and dishware. A peninsula island provides two bar-height stools, and a small dining table offers two bar stools.
Open the back door to your private balcony with comfortable patio furniture—an excellent place to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset on beautiful Savannah.
Original pocket doors separate the condo’s primary bedroom and includes the single bathroom. The bedroom features a king bed wrapped in crisp linens. The room lives large and comfortable, with multiple large windows filling the room with abundant natural light. A second smart TV lets you enjoy shows from the comfort of your bed, and a dedicated workspace makes working remotely on your trip a breeze.
The bathroom features a shower/tub combination and a single vanity. The bathroom is outfitted with all essentials, including towels, toilet paper, shampoo, and body wash.

Guest Access:
Access to a private deck can be found just off the kitchen area. The front deck looks over Lincoln Street, allowing visitors to take in some fresh air in the morning. The deck also has a small area that seats two and is conveniently situated next to a large tree, which provides plenty of shade on those warmer days.

The King bedroom can be separated from the rest of the apartment with original pocket doors, and hosts a tiled bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The room is also perfect for those working from home. It comes with a full corner desk as well as solid 100mbs WiFi-connection.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the Victorian District East on the corner of East Park Ave and Habersham St, the Park Place puts you in the heart of Savannah. Surrounded by everything the hostess city of the south has to offer, you will enjoy easy access to everything that makes for a memorable stay in Savannah.
