Another excellent stay in Chatham

This is our third year renting this property with our family of four plus another family of four. There's plenty of space for both families, the two large dining tables and two sitting areas are great for time at home, and the view and proximity to town are spectacular. We'll be back again!

A great place to stay right in Chatham! The place was well appointed and had everything we needed (and more!). Perfect location!! Two minute walk to downtown Chatham. Lovely view from the house to the harbor. The house is well appointed but could use updating and the living areas are separate from each other so not a great flow for families. Having said that, I would stay there again as the pluses definitely outweigh the minuses.

Absolutely great property for a get together. Plenty of space and the views are amazing. Walk to downtown Chatham and enjoy everything it offers. Perfect for families, friends even just a weekend getaway. Owners were wonderful and accommodating. Truly a special place.
