There were several door handles that were loose/seemed to be falling off. The sliding doors to the outside all need new tracks and the one on the second floor didn’t lock. People from the next unit over walked into our room at night through these doors.Besides that it was a nice place with nice amenities. The team really liked it aside from the incident with the neighbors.

Awesome is what it was. Very nice clean place. We just couldn’t get the TV going in the Master Bedroom upstairs. Someone used their personal login an it worked out. It’s certainly was a big issue as we were out more than we were in. We really thoroughly enjoyed everything! Would highly recommend this. Would you happen to have one that is ocean front as well?

Great Space, Dirty and Broken Furniture

e stayed at this property with four families attending a baseball tournament, and the space was definitely a highlight—plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. The large number of bedrooms, working A/C, double fridges and in-house laundry were great features for a group our size. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the beach.However, there were several areas that fell short. The kitchen was poorly stocked with minimal glassware, cutlery, and almost no cooking utensils, which made meal prep difficult. We also had to bring all our own cleaning supplies, as none were provided.The furniture throughout the home was sparse, and the main couch was quite dirty. One of the barstools was broken, and the third-floor railing felt very unsafe and unstable. We were also concerned when our children found a lighter in the movie room.Communication with the host was frustrating. I sent multiple messages in the days leading up to our stay and only received a response after contacting VRBO directly.Overall, the house worked for our group’s needs, but the lack of attention to detail and maintenance really took away from the experience. With some updates and better management, it could be a great property

Overall, I would say that our experience was poor. The location is wonderful and the space at the property is fantastic, but that is where the good comments end. When we first arrived at the property, one of the first things we noticed was the overflowing trashcan at the pool with used diapers on the ground. The washing machine was broken and was promised to be fixed or have a new unit installed by the second day. We were there for six days and never had a working washing machine so we had no way to do our laundry. The entire house needs maintenance done. Loose handrails( my father actually fell down some of the stairs because the handrails were so loose), broken toilet seats, holes in the wall, broken furniture, etc. was throughout. Also be aware that the pictures that you see for the unit is not exactly what you’ll be getting. The cleanliness was pretty good except we did find a roach in the theater room. There are no welcome guides to the house so we had no idea how to work the movie theater system nor anything else in the house. The kitchen is sparsely equipped. There were only 4 forks in the entire house. But above all, the communication with the host was the worst I had ever experienced in all my VRBO rentals, at one point it took 27 hours for the host to respond to us about the washing machine. Overall, I will agree with another reviewer that this place has great potential but needs to be maintained better and must have better communication from from the host.
