Spread across a quiet, tree-lined lot in the rolling foothills of East Tennessee, Amber Escape is a private compound built for the kind of group that wants to be together without being on top of each other. Four separate buildings — a main house, a light-filled pool house, a converted smokehouse, and a standalone cabin — give everyone somewhere to land, with 11 bedrooms and room for up to 26 guests across the property.

The main house anchors the stay with two living rooms, a full kitchen, and a converted-garage game room that tends to become the heart of the action: a pool table, shuffleboard, and plenty of comfortable seating for the people waiting their turn. Just outside, a courtyard sets up easily for lawn games, and a short path leads down toward the water.

A few steps away, the smokehouse has been reimagined as a private studio hideaway — a charming, self-contained retreat for anyone who wants a little distance from the main crowd. Down by the pool, the pool house is full of daylight and made for gathering, with its own full kitchen, a sunny living room, a second pool table, and five more bedrooms so no one's short on space. For the simplest setup of all, the cabin keeps things cozy with a queen bed, a TV, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette.

Outside is where the property really opens up. There's a pool to cool off in, multiple hot tubs for slow evenings, and a firepit for the part of the night when everyone drifts back together. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
