We had another wonderful stay at this beautiful property. We enjoyed cool mornings and starry nights in the hot tub overlooking the desert. Lynne is very responsive and accommodating. Thank you! Can't wait until next time.
Lynne and Bill were gracious, informed, and very hospitable hosts. Their home is well appointed and is in a very beautiful location. Great views and the hot tub were icing on the cake.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The setting was perfect, peaceful and beautiful. The hosts kindly adapted to our needs and the space provided an experience all family our enjoyed. Thank you Lynne and Bill!
Lovely, spacious home with a killer view of Tucson. Wonderful location for golfing and exploring the desert and Tucson. Lynne and Bill were great hosts - easy to work with and quick with ideas and suggestions for getting to know the area. Wonderful experience - would stay here again!
We enjoyed our visit here so much. The location/view/back is just amazing! We did have our 2 dogs with us and had assumed they could stay outside when we were gone. Unfortunately that was a wrong assumption as the wall in the backyard is not tall enough to hold dogs inside. But we reached out to the owner Lynne who got a neighbor to help us get dog crates from her house even though she was out of town. This was very accommodating and much appreciated! We enjoyed her recommendation for Thanksgiving Dinner at Star Pass (a resort nearby) - it was AMAZING!
This house was perfect for our stay in Tucson. We loved the big patio area and the hot tub. So fun to enjoy the beautiful view of the desert and the city! The house had everything we needed and was very well appointed. Check in was easy and Lynne was very responsive.
The house is on a hill among the saguaros with a gorgeous view of Tucson. The courtyard is a fantastic place to relax with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Thank you for letting us stay at your place while we visited our wildcat ❤️💙
Lynn was a very nice host. She has a lovely house that accommodated our family of 7 very comfortably. We loved hunting scorpion at night with the UV light she provided for us. We had a great stay and would highly recommend her house!!
We loved our stay at Mountain Garden Estates. The house is spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The owners are very friendly and responsive. The view of the mountains and saguaro cactus landscape from the large terrace is absolutely spectacular.
We are more than happy that we chose this property for our family stay in Tucsan. It was the perfect location for our events and it had the best view of the entire Tucsan Valley. So beautiful to sit on the patio and soak in the views. Thank you so much
It's all been said, but we were very happy with our stay all around! Lynne could not have been more helpful and responsive to our needs over the course of our 9 nights. The views are just as beautiful as pictured and the location is so convenient and quiet. I sure hope we get back to Tucson again and certainly have no reason to stay anywhere else if we do! Thanks again, Lynne!

Fantastic Views Family Space
Stunning views, spacious and clean home with ample supplies in the kitchen for cooking in. We had fantastic, clear and warm weather while we stayed so we really got to enjoy the outside space and hot tub. It's far enough out of town to get the incredible city light views but just a 5 minute drive down the road to the shops. We only stayed 4 days but we packed a lot in, with hiking Gates Pass and visiting Old Tucson. Will try to stay again in this home or Lynn and Bill's other homes in the wonderful city of Tucson.
We were lucky enough to get to stay at Lynne's property for a whole week. The house is amazing, with amazing views. The hot tub was so relaxing with the view of the sunrise and the mountains! Everything you need, and more is available on this property. Lynne was a great host, gave us a tour of the property, and was only a few houses away if we needed anything. The privacy, and beauty of this home made for a perfect vacation and birthday! We will be back, next time for graduation! Thank you Lynne for having us!

Great Tucson location and wonderful house for our family!
Lynne and Bill are wonderful hosts and our family enjoyed coming back to this perfect house with its wonderful views of Tucson. The location works out great for all we do in Tucson and surrounding areas. It is close to activities, restaurants, groceries, hiking, parks, etc. All the immenities that you need are provided for a wonderful vacation. We WILL be back! Thanks again for all you do for us Lynn and Bill. See you next year. The Smith Family and friends
The house and grounds were perfect for us. The patio not only had fabulous views, it was where we spent most of our waking hours - eating, talking, reading, using the hot tub. The house was perfect for our group of 7 and our dog. Lynne and her notebooks were immensely helpful. The book of restaurant menus and the list of attractions were great. The instructions for using the hot tub and the home were a plus. Lynne's advice about local event traffic and the lunar eclipse were really supported us. We are definitely ready to go back.

Great property and wonderful owners
We had a wonderful week in Tucson, thanks to our great hosts Lynne and Bill. The three bedroom two bathroom house was very comfortable for three couples. The house, set on a hillside has a large patio overlooking Tuscon - with a hot tub and BBQ (We used both. ) and gorgeous sun rises. - Lynne a Bill were available to answer all questions, offered suggestions on sites to see and shared a dinner with us. The house, and owners are dog friendly and went out of their way to help. For those visiting Tuscon for the first time, a trip to the observatory on Mt Lemon, Saguaro National Park, hiking in Sabino Canyon, biking the Loop, and the Biosphere were all highlights. Also, no problem with return of security deposit. Thanks Lynne and Bill for making this a memorable vacation

Amazing views and location
Stunning views and spacious house very close to national park. We stayed here for 3 days in January with our almost adult kids for hiking and sightseeing. Positives - AMAZING views, Lynne was super super helpful when we needed anything, lots of space for everyone, so incredibly close (10 minutes) to the national park and Desert Museum, HOT TUB! A few drawbacks (compared to other properties we've stayed in): the kitchen could use some towels&dishrags, lighting was kind of dim - maybe a few more lamps would help, Furniture in the dining area was not adequate for everyone to sit down together to dinner - a small table with 4 chairs or 4 bar stools at the counter, in general more furniture would be a plus here - comfy chairs in the living and sitting area would be a big improvement. Some nice patio furniture. Having said all that, it is clear in the photos what is there, so I don't think it is misrepresented, these are just suggestions to improve the overall experience. So that's why 4, not 5 stars, but we really had a great time here.

About the host
Hosted by Lynne and Bill
My husband and I have lived in Tucson since 1976 when we came for graduate work at the University of Arizona and we plan to live here the rest of our lives. We love the casual lifestyle, the friendly Arizonans, and the weather where your picnics are never rained out. My husband and I are engineers, although I have recently entered the world of real estate as a salesperson. This is now one of three rental properties in the Tucson Mountains
Why they chose this property
We love the house; we love the neighborhood; we knew the previous owner and the builder. We love how you can sit outside in the u-shaped patio surrounded by incredible views of the city and surrounding mountains, or sit inside and feel like you're outside due to the large windows and glass doors. We love hearing the coyotes call to each other at night; we love watching the shooting stars; we love seeing the colorful hummingbirds sip nectar from flowers, watching the mule deer as they come down from the mountains in the afternoon to graze on the jojoba, and the javalina as they move in a herd through the desert. It's all right there at our doorstep. And finally, we love this property for its convenience. In minutes we can be downtown at the Convention Center, the University of Arizona, University Medical Center, some of the best restaurants in Tucson, museums, and attractions. We have the best of both worlds - desert tranquility and beauty while being within a 10 minute drive from Tucson and city life.
What makes this property unique
After searching properties for over a year, our casa, Entrada de los Montanas, was the choice. Its location offered million dollar views, and its layout made for a comfortable and relaxed living style. After a full year of working to upgrade the property, it was finally ready to offer to you, our visitors, for your vacation rental. From the new air conditioning and heating system to the carefully selected Southwestern furnishings we have tried to give visitors a WOW feeling from the time you open the front door until the day you leave. Comfort, privacy, beauty, convenience, ease and grace are words we hope our property conveys. We will strive to make your vacation the best one ever.
