About this space
Our single-family tri-level home with a 2-car garage is beautiful and cozy in a peaceful family-friendly neighborhood. It is amazingly situated at next door park and within walking distance of the Malls, shopping centers, restaurants, movie theaters, and light rail station to downtown and the airport. It is within a 3-mile radius of major hospitals (University of Colorado, VA, and Children's). Please come and relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay and you will never regret!
The space
Front door keypad entry. You will be provided with the code before arrival. The living and dining rooms and kitchen are on the main floor. The master bedroom with a king-size bed and 2nd bedroom with full-size bunk beds are located on the upper level. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms with queen-sized beds are located on the lower level. Kids' play area with laundry rooms are located in the basement.

The house was dirty and the air conditioning did not work. The process was easy enough and host communicated well but we could not get over having to clean everything ourselves before use and dealing with an 80 degree house in the middle of June. If it was clean and cool I would’ve given a much higher review.
