Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please adjust the thermostat to the original temperature setting - heat/cool at 68 degrees.
Please tidy up the space by returning any moved furniture to its original position.
Please wash all your used dishes & leave them on a drying mat. You may add the dishes to the dishwasher & run a short 1-hour cycle.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We kindly ask no shoes or pets upstairs, + to keep noise down after 10pm. No indoor smoking, please. Wash dishes after use + leave furniture in place.
Do not lock the bottom lock on front door! Enjoy the games &am;BBQ! Please clean up, respect our house, no unregistered guests/drugs.
We’d love to host your special events—just check with us first! Unapproved parties may lead to extra fees or early checkout.

Beautiful home!

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. It had everything we needed for 4 adults and the space was clean and cozy. I would absolutely stay here again!
