This property was beautiful. Very well kept and clean. Both upstairs and downstairs had balconies that had such a homey feel. Perfect place to just relax. I would definitely stay there again. Nothing was out of place and the house itself had such a great layout. Thank you

The town house was spacious and equipped with everything you need. It is located in a beautiful area and close to everything you need. Would have loved a covered outdoor space. The pool is great, the sun heated the pool so additional heat was not necessary making the temp of the water too warm. All in all it was a lovely spot with a very responsive host. Thank you.

The home was very nice and had everything we needed. I loved that we had a covered carport for our vehicle. It was very quiet for being a condo connected to other homes. We would definitely stay there again when we are in town.

Owner was pleasant but not nearby. Had electrical issues. Walking the stairs makes lights flicker. Air conditioner unit was loud like a freight train coming through. Otherwise, it’s a nice enough place.

This was our second stay here. Just as enjoyable/well appointed as the first time. Good place to stay for diving over to see the manatees in Crystal River.

Great stay!

We had a very nice stay. Townhouse was very clean with everything we needed. Nice well-appointed kitchen, washer and dryer, comfortable beds, 2 1/2 bathrooms. Perfect for our visit with friends in Citrus Hills - just minutes away. Cattle Dog Coffee was close by and had excellent coffee and breakfast sandwiches. We would definitely stay again.

Getaway

The property and the area were perfect. We’re building next door in Terra Vista and it was just the right location so we could check on the house. The townhouse is very well managed and it was very clean.

The host was very responsive when we had issues with the Roku devise, which we much appreciated. She also provided beach gear for us as well. The unit was comfortable, nicely furnished, and basically clean. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom needs a good dusting as there were cobwebs hanging down from it and the stair case carpets could also use a cleaning. Overall, it was an ok stay for the price.

Clean and updated condo

The condo was very clean and spacious with some nice updates. I appreciated the plush towels and bedding, plush pillows. Big tv was great too! The only negative was that it was kind of dark with no outside porch or deck to sit outside.

Clean, enjoyable location, comfortable condo except for the Roku TV with no directions!

The condo and location were fine and we basically enjoyed our two week stay. The cleanliness was perfect. The Roku TV was useless, no directions and a partially broken remote( we did email our host with these concerns. A reply stated he/she would contact the property manager….never heard from them.)
