Welcome to the Highlands Falls Retreat est. 2017! Filled with amenities designed for ultimate rest and relaxation, you can enjoy peaceful and rejuvenating holidays. Large enough for families to have some space but small enough to be cozy, the Retreat is within 5 minutes from Main Street, Highlands! Each bedroom has it's own en-suite bath. The Retreat include 2 cozy fireplaces (one indoors and one outdoors) for ultimate relaxation with friends.

LOCATION:
We are located within the iconic Highlands Falls Country Club, overlooking the Club's signature hole! Arrive under a custom 2-vehicle porte cochère ensuring dry entry and exit.

Services include: custom itineraries, dinner reservations, recommendations, housekeeping upgrades, anniversary packages, private chef experiences, tablescapes, in-home spa treatments, chauffeurs, car-detailing services, family game activities, cooking classes, guided hikes, personalized tours, tailored special occasions, holiday decorations, golf excursions, boat tours, adventure expeditions, floral arrangements, shipping and delivery, stocked fridge prior to arrival, and luggage assistance. We offer All-Clad kitchenware, Keurig Coffee Machine, Drip-Coffee Machine, Stainless Steel Blender, KitchenAid Toaster, crystalware and casual glassware, with all the necessary tools a skilled chef has in their kitchen! Gourmet kitchen with gas range, dishwasher, granite countertops, opens up to bar and great room for perfect entertaining!

GREAT ROOM:
The retreat's great rooms exceeds expectations with a large custom stone fireplace, comfortable seating, and expansive views of manicured lawns! Master resides on one wing of the Retreat while other guest rooms are across the great room- most ideal layout!

OUTDOOR LIVING:
Enjoy the ultimate loggia anchored by a large stone fireplace! Outdoor fireplace, living and dining spaces are fully covered to enjoy all types of weather. A dining table with six comfortable chairs will ensure almost every meal is enjoyed al fresco!

MASTER SUITE:
We offer a king bed with luxurious linens, a walk-in closet, black-out curtains, private outdoor seating, double sinks, travertine marble floor, and shower! You will have plenty of storage, leather chair & ottoman and of course- there is a TV in every bedroom!

KING GUEST SUITE:
Offering a king bed with luxurious linens, private outdoor seating, and an ensuite bathroom- double vanity sinks!

DOUBLE TWIN SUITE:
Our third bedroom is great for kids or overflow, offering two twin beds with luxurious bedding, private ensuite bathroom, plenty of storage, and TV!

THEATRE ROOM:
Four leather stadium recliners anchor the mood in front of the 55" tv!

GAME AREA:
Offers table with four chairs housing some of the most coveted strategy, board, and card games!

OFFICE:
Downstairs has a desk, lamp and comfortable desk chair to ensure productivity is acquired, if necessary. We offer a printer, calculator and fax for your convenience!

GROUND LEVEL DECK:
Offers intimate seating with a hammock and greenery!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
1. All overnight guests must be registered prior to arrival. Failure to correctly report total # of guests and/or pets can result in immediate cancellation.
2. Guests must notify the Host of any disputes or complaints from neighbors as soon as reasonably practicable.
3. Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties. Excessive noise is prohibited.
4. No events or large gatherings.
5. Please dispose of garbage and recycling in the allocated trash cans. Excess rubbish must not be left in outdoor common areas.
6. Place garbage in the Bear Proof Garbage Container located past Carport on left.
7. No smoking please.
8. Please be aware, per association rules, golf course and cart path are for course members only.
9. Per association guidelines, parking on side of road or on grass lawns is strictly prohibited.

**We are proud to offer such a special place for your enjoyment. Please treat our home as you would treat your own. Because of the nature of the structure and furnishings, some things may need special care. You are responsible for any damages incurred by those in your party, visitors or children.

**We recommend trip insurance to protect your investment.

**Your security matters. There are three exterior security cameras at the main points of entry to the home. None of the cameras look into interior spaces or into sitting areas underneath the covered porches.

IMPORTANT FOR PARENTS - This is a great place for kids. However, the property is not child-proofed and may not be suitable for very young children.
Parents will need to provide their own supplies for kids (i.e. high chairs, pack and plays, cribs, etc.) and safety equipment that they feel is necessary (i.e. child-proof locks, safety gates, etc.). At this time we do not offer any related items for infants or toddlers.
