Located in Lynn's historic Diamond District, just 2 blocks to the Atlantic Ocean, 12 miles north of Boston, and 5 miles from Salem Center. This 2 bedroom unit is located on the 1st floor of a 3 unit Victorian house, renovated in 2020 with modern finishes and original architectural charm.
Upon entering the unit, you'll find 10 foot high ceilings, and natural light pouring into the living room that opens into the eat in kitchen with 9 foot quartz top island. Seating for 4 at the island or around the table in the bay window. Full size fridge, range, dishwasher, coffee/tea provided.
Down the hall are 2 bedrooms: main bedroom offers a queen sized bed, seating area for two and TV with streaming. Second bedroom offers a full size bed, across the hall is an office for those working on the go! The full bathroom offers a hotel like set up with the vanity area separate from the toilet and shower. Soaps, shampoo, and conditioner provided.
Coin op laundry available in the basement laundry room, direct interior access stairs in the unit.

Located less than a 1/2 mile to the Lynn commuter rail Train station, taking passengers inbound to Boston or outbound to Salem and other points North on the Newburyport/Rockport line.
The 442 bus runs along Lewis St, just around the corner from the house.
Only 2 blocks East along Atlantic St is the Lynn Shore Reservation, over 3 miles of pedestrian path along the Atlantic Ocean, connecting Swampscott, Lynn, and Nahant Beach.
