With 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, an entertainment den, and a game room, this is the perfect home away from home. The home's furniture package adheres to the finest standards and boasts upgrades such as custom kitchen cabinetry, marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and much more.

You will be welcomed into a beautiful open floor plan perfect for spending quality family time together on vacation. Relax on the comfortable couches in the living area and watch a favorite show on TV, or make delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen. Sit down and eat at the beautiful formal dining table with seating for 10, or enjoy a quick meal at the breakfast bar with seating for 4.

Endless entertainment awaits in the game room! No matter the age there's fun for everyone. Show off your racing skills on one of the two racing arcades. Host a friendly foosball tournament and have the winner pick what movie you watch together on the 75-inch TV in the living area. Bring your favorite games from home to play on the PS4 and Xbox, or have fun on the stand-up arcade game. Whether you're taking a restful day off from the rush of Orlando's theme parks or having a rainy day inside, this super game room will be a staple in your next family vacation!

Come home after enjoying all of the Orlando attractions to 7 comfortable bedrooms. Two master suites are located on the first floor with King beds and ensuite bathrooms. The remaining 5 bedrooms are on the second floor. There are two King bedrooms and two Queen bedrooms and one bedroom customized just for the kids! Little ones will love their own pirate bedroom with two twin beds.

Outside you will find an inviting deck space complete your own private pool and bubbling spa. The deck is screened so you can enjoy the beauty of Florida and keep the unwanted nature out. Have dinner outside at one of the 2 dining tables. Soak up the sun on a sun lounger or play pool games with the family. If you have little ones, a child safety fence can be put up so your mind can remain at ease your entire vacation. With all of this and more, this home provides everything you need to relax and enjoy your Florida vacation in style.

• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays

• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

Family Vacation

We had a fantastic time. The house was perfect. The house had a ton of towels, well appointed kitchen, perfect pool and fantastic location. The beds were very comfortable, the furniture was up to date and they had everything for the perfect stay. Stores and restaurants were close by so the location was perfect. We highly recommend it and would stay there again.

Great family vacation

House was great, looked exactly like the pics online. It was large enough for our blended family of 10. Private pool was great for kids and everyone loved resort pool. Check in/check out was incredibly easy. Management company got back to me quickly regarding questions and concerns. House had everything ( I would recommend beach towels and cleaning supplies to wipe things down) I would definitely recommend this house for larger families.

Amazing

Plenty space for all. We enjoyed the pool. Some of the TV'S don't work, you may want to check them. Back patio door hard to lock. Some furniture updating is necessary (mainly side chairs with material). Other than that it was an amazing stay and we all enjoyed our vacation.

2023 Family Vacation

Our stay here was top tier!!!!! The house was absolutely amazing & very very clean & spacious!!! The kids & adults enjoyed the gameroom, I think the adults enjoyed it more!! Lol! The rooms was amazing, the house was fully equipped with dining, cookware, towels. We had 7 bedroom, 5 bedrooms had king size beds, equipped with own bathrooms! Trash pickup every morning!! We will most certainly book again next year!!! Our 2023 family vacation was a magical experience!!! Thank you for making this vacation a memorable experience!!!!

Great home for a group

I spent 4 nights at this home with a big group of 11. The house I think, could definitely fit 14- 16 easily. Each of the 5 bedrooms we occupied had its own bathroom. One was shared, the one that connected the kids room to their parents'. The house itself was as advertised, extremely comfortable beds, beautiful as you can see it in the pictures. The guest service provided was very helpful, every time I called they answered. When I go back to Orlando I will definitely stay here again with my family. Beautiful, peaceful, spacious, TV's in every room, two family/TV room, big dinning table, full kitchen..20 minutes away from Magic Kingdom, perfect for your big family or friends vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was just as pictured. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! We paid for them to be heated. We had to turn the hot tub on about 20-25 minutes before we got in for it to warm up. The house was clean. The game room was just as stated (which means a lot when you’re traveling with teen boys). The AC in the game room quit working while we were there. I contacted management and they had someone there the next day and it was repaired. If I had to find a downside it would be parking. But we made it work. Would definitely stay here again!

Family time great. Leaving scam!

When I got there, the twin bedroom bed was broken and the PlayStation did not have the cords. I called and no one came out the first night. Also I paid for damage insurance. I cleaned and washed the linen and have pictures, I get an extra charge 79bucks stating the towels lift a mark (3) and a sheet had juice. Well ok but I had not seen any of this upon leaving. So I asked magic vacation why am I being charge for old towels and linen when I have insurance. I was told I forfeit my insurance because I did not report the towels being stained so extra 79 bucks will have to be charge. ARE THEY CRAZY. What is the point of damage insurance. Who would know if a stain would come out of a towel. I even started the laundry before I left. So I asked if they could tell me which room this happen in. No response. Yet, not offering me anything for a broken bed and kids not able to play with the game station. Over all the location is great.

Great stay

Great stay overall. The house was huge and way to big in a good way for the 6 people we had. It could fit way more. It was nice bc it had a ton of sleeping areas but also areas to hang out that would accommodate large groups. So a lot of places to spread out. The arcade room was a huge highlight for our two 7yr olds and the adults. The pool was sufficient (small but fine) and the safety features (safety fence and high locks) were essentials for us and a big reason we chose this place. The oasis club was great during the week. Way too busy on the weekend. The lazy River pool was amazing and we loved the tiki bar. Def felt like a resort vaca and we were only an hour from home! Will return on weekdays for sure. Wont rent on a weekend again. Cons: hard to communicate with the primary owners bc it’s under a rental company. I am used to having the ability to text a question through VRBO or getting a location specific list of items that are in the house. All their instructions were generic and you had to call to get more info which is didn't really have time for pre-vaca. I didn’t know they had towels or that they didn’t have coffee filters or that you couldn’t bring anything into the oasis club. Minor issues, but room for improvement there as it would’ve been nice to know. Especially for the oasis club bc not being able to bring any drinks or snacks for the kids was difficult. Overall great stay and would recommend!

Christmas with family (8) for 10 days

Was a great stay, communication was great, house was big enough for 8 of us, easy to get to and from everywhere neede. Would stay again 100%. A few con's, being respectful and honest, Terrible pillows on the beds throughout the house, flat and/or lumpy, house needs some TLC, nothing serious, carpet is old, loose, walls banged up, back sliding door doesn't lock, and hasnt for some time from other reviews, age of house is showing as normal wear and tear, video games in game room, some work, some don't, sounds, lights, etc, filter for water in fridge needs replacing, you can tell in taste of water and ice, has been needing changed for a while, had to dump ice when we arrived and tried with new, didnt get any better. Should of read details better, but 1 garage bag left for 10 days, no soaps, 1 roll of TP in each bathroom, 1 paper towel, no condiments or misc supplies left by others, we do 5 VRBOs a year and this was the most sparce house we have ever stayed at, again, my fault as the listing doesnt say anything about that, we are just used to tha in other VRBOs. Was easy enough to go to store and buy everything we needed. Paid for pool heat, but compared to both neighbors was chilly. Contacted property managers and they replied they checked it remotely and it was heated to 85*, so what do you say to that? We didn't have a thermometer, just the neighbors to compare it too, we could have bought one. Small picky stuff, but wanted to review after spendinreview6,000 for the 10b

Disappointing

Our families have stayed in Champions Gate multiple times and this house was all around disappointing. Upon arrival, one bathroom appeared to not be fully cleaned but there was a paper seal over the toilet. Either the previous guests or the cleaning team had left a large pile of trash at the curb (this is against community guidelines) we reported this immediately, no one came out. The next morning the trash people knocked on our door at 8:00 to inform us that animals had gotten into the trash the night before and scattered it all over the road, this was after it also poured. Felt horrible for the gentleman having to clean this up. When it poured the night we arrived there was a serious leak in the garage turned arcade that we also reported. The stairs carpeting is so bad that within 30 mins of being in the house my son ended up cutting his toe on the exposed carpet tacks, there were several and our children had to wear shoes up and down the stairs to avoid further injury. We reported all of these issues multiple times and were told multiple times someone would “be in contact”. One man came to the house during our stay, he looked at the leak and the stairs and ensured us he would make the management team aware of the issues, left and there once again was no follow up. Again, extremely disappointing experience with this property and even more disappointing experience with Magical Vacation Homes. Far from magical.

Lots of room for everyone to spread out. Lots of fun in the game room. Grateful that the door was heavy enough to stop the volume in the game room when the rest of us wanted to talk or watch tv. Pool was great enjoyed it everyday. Everything you need to enjoy your vacation.

So much room

We stayed here with 2 other families for a soccer tournament at Disney. We were very happy with the space. So much room for everyone, including kids to relax after a long day. The kids loved the pool area and the game room. The upstairs family room was a plus too. I would definitely recommend this place, especially if you are vacationing with several families. Our only complaint would be the traffic back and forth to the ESPN World Wide of Sports facility.

Beautiful property, great location, perfect for family gatherings!

This property was beautiful and perfectly fit for my family party of 12. There were a total of 9 adults and 3 children, we all loved the space. The outside patio pool area was everything and the game room was just as entertaining for the adults as it were for the children. The only thing that could have been better was entering the neighborhood upon arrival. The night we arrived traffic to get into the gated neighborhood was very hectic and the signs that tell you which line to go through was not really visible as it was raining with very little lighting. We ended up spending about 10 mins in the wrong entry line and was told that we would have to turn around and get back in the correct line waiting again, now at the very end of a car line that had doubled because it was our first night there and we had to register our cars for gate entry - although I’d sent this information over via email. I assumed that something would have been sent electronically because I saw others showing the attendant a electronic pass from their mobile devices, but it never was. We were given a paper parking pass that expired after 5 entries at which time we would have to go back through the registration line and get another parking pass. This was inconvenient because we had a four night stay and made several trips for food and activities. However it will not detour us from staying here again. The experience of this property was absolutely delightful and my boys loved it. There is also a nice splash pad, lazy river, and pool located at the club house along with many other amenities that made our stay more enjoyable.

Top Notch experience

Let me start by saying that Magical Vacation Homes Management company, is by far the BEST I've dealt with. The property looked just as it does in the photos listed. The home was nice and clean. However, there were a few things that needed looking into. One quick call to the management office and it was taken care of. They had everything we needed, if they didn't, they promptly provided. (things for the house) The game room in this home was a hit for everyone! We enjoyed the pool. Everything worked properly. I really don't have any complaints about this house itself. All of the bedrooms were positioned in a way that there were plenty of space to stretch out. There was also a massive sitting room upstairs with a huge tv that came in handy. Loved it! The clubhouse was nice as well. We ate dinner there a few times. The food was pretty good. We took advantage of the daily specials. It was very crowded on 2 days of our stay, so we just used the pool at our home. To be fair, we traveled during peak time. We drove to Tampa from this location in about 50 minutes. Clearwater Beach was about a 2 hour drive from the house, all due to traffic. The location was good. However, plan ahead due to high traffic on the 4 going east and west. I will definitely book with this company again.
