Private guest house is attached to a 6,000 sq ft. multi-million dollar estate in Epic Hollywood and prestigious Mount Olympus. Easy driving, wide streets with an abundance of free parking. Surrounded by Celebrity Homes, adjacent to Hollywood, the Sunset Strip, Beverly Hills, Los Angeles and the Westside. Includes Private Patrol Service. Comparable hotels in the area are $350 per night. Free tour of Estate, Observation deck and light show are offered upon request after 6PM on most days.

The space
Completely remodeled guest house including brand new Granite kitchen and Italian Porcelain floors. The suite includes state of the art; air-conditioning, stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Private includes; WiFi, shower, cable TV, double bed, and a new office desk. 24 hour Patrol Service is included. Lock Box on Security Gate.

This location is unique because it is in an exclusive area traversed by world travelers. Upon request the property owners will provided a personal tour of the inside of a high end Hollywood residence. The tour includes a view of city of Los Angeles and LAX you won't find in any other accommodation. The current owners purchased the house from an entertainment celebrity, the former neighbors include Ike and Tina Turner, Nancy Sinatra and other industry people.

The Estate is located at the top of Hollywood Hills, you are invited to a 'once in a life experience'. The ten minute tour is optional, if so inclined a private visit will be provided by the owners after normal business hours. Once you are established in the dwelling, you will find an email address and a phone number of the manager. Chris is normally available for appointments Monday through Friday 12 PM to 6 PM. Lynda and Jay the owners, are down to earth people, through their manager they will always do their best to coordinate schedules.
Guest access
The private guest quarters are accessible 24/7 from the right side of the house. Abundant Parking on the wide street, no houses build on the other side of the street. The patio consists of over 1000 square feet of space with city views. The area is surrounding by lush landscaping, full grown pine trees surround the pristine three-story dwelling. Lock Box access is provided to the successful occupant for complete privacy and use of all facilities.
