Conveniently located in Mid-Town Melbourne, but tucked away in a quite neighborhood, this peaceful retreat has just the vibe you're looking for! Enjoy outside living spaces with a spacious screened patio overlooking a pergola for outdoor dining, and a custom "beach" decked out with hammocks and a fire pit.
Just a short 10 minute drive to the beach, and within walking distance to the neighborhood public park with a tennis court, basketball court, playground, and public boat ramp.
Comfortably furnished with two queen bedrooms, and a bright and open living room and large kitchen. The third bedroom features a twin trundle bed.
**NO ANIMALS - $100 fee if animals discovered**
**RESERVATIONS WITH MORE THAN 4 GUESTS PAY $25/PERSON PER NIGHT. LIMITED TO 8 ADULTS + KIDS. ALL ADULTS AND KIDS NEED TO BE ACCOUNTED FOR ON THE RESERVATION **
