Walkable centrally-located neighborhood! Close to everything the St Petersburg area has to offer, including pristine beaches, festivals, nightlife, parks, unique shopping and amazing restaurants. If your looking for a trendy area with a plenty of opportunity for relaxation, this is your place!
The space
Our home boasts a split floor plan with 2 bedrooms separated by a large living area.

Each bedroom is equipped with brand new smart TVs and comfortable Nectar memory foam mattresses.
-The primary bedroom room has a queen bed and opens through a single french door to the pool and backyard.

-Second bedroom is perfect for kids or for a separate family with young kids. There’s a super fun treehouse twin bunk-set, a queen bed and a futon. A 55 inch TV with Xbox gaming system is available for those rare rainy days or late night family game nights!

The large living room has a oversized plush sectional sofa with a 65 inch Samsung smart TV and a separate seating area that looks out to the front porch. Enjoy our coffee, catch-up on the news or read a book in the comfort of the A/C while enjoying the views of the outdoors.

The open floor plan of the kitchen and dining room has seating for 6 with a view of the pool and backyard. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The coffee bar has a Keurig coffee maker which brews coffee, lattes and cappuccino.

Large stocked bathroom has plenty of counter space and room for multiple people to prepare for the day.

Note that a limited amount of paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, etc) are provided. Guests may need to purchase more for the duration of their stay.

Two patios are available and both set-up for enjoying time together with friends and family.
-The front porch is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. It’s shady most the day and cool in the morning.
-The back patio is covered with a sun-shade and has lighting for great evening ambiance.

The backyard is fully fenced with 6ft privacy fencing with large shade trees and it is perfect for relaxing poolside! All surrounded by lush palms and colorful tropical landscaping.

The shed has pool loungers and beach chairs which are available for guest use.

Please note this is a pet friendly house and it is unavoidable that you may see evidence ( hair, etc) of a previous furry guest. Our cleaning crew is very attentive to details, but it’s impossible to get to every corner.
Guest access
The entire house and yard are available for guest use, including supplies in the shed. Only the private storage closet is locked and cannot be accessed.
Other things to note
We are experienced renters and know what makes a stay special. Our goal is to make sure your trip is everything you hoped it could be.

AMENITIES:
* Kitchen appliances include refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, crockpot, dishwasher and Keurig.
* Kitchen is also stocked with pots/pans, dishes and silverware, storage containers, cooking utensils.
* Bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, Q-tips, hairdryer, towels, and limited amount of toilet paper/tissues
* Cleaning supplies including vacuum, broom, mop, bucket, cleaning solutions
* Laundry area including washer/dryer with laundry baskets and limited amount of detergent

POOL:
* Pool is fully accessible from back door. An adult must be present when children are in the backyard
* ABSOLUTELY NO HEAD FIRST JUMPING! The pool is only 5-6 feet deep at the deepest part.
* Beach and pool supplies in the shed and the laundry room closet are available for guest use.
* Pool is maintained weekly
* Pool filter runs 2x a day (morning and evening) and fills automatically. Please do not change the pool settings or water settings without messaging host.

POOL HEAT:
Will be available from October-April for an additional daily cost, which will need to be paid separately from booking costs. Host will send a separate payment request after booking. If heat is not used or minimally used, difference will be refunded to the guests at the end of the stay. For long term guests (>28 days), payment for heat used will be collected based on actual usage at end of stay. Failure to pay will be reported. Heat will be set to 84 in the pool, exact temperature cannot be guaranteed when air temps drop below 70 degrees.

GAMING SYSTEM:
* Xbox is available for use and all games listed are available for download. There are no parental restrictions on games.
* If system is found to be broken or anything is missing, guest will be charged for replacement.

TV:
* TVs do not have local cable, but instead work through Samsung digital, YouTube TV and Netflix.
