The property was beautiful, comfortable and was exactly as described. The weather was not great, and there was enough room and comfort inside so we could easily entertain ourselves. We did have trouble getting WiFi to work.

The location was absolutely beautiful! We had plumbing issues which Steve was helpful with. We were quite disappointed to see the dock was broken. You can’t control weather though. All in all it was a nice stay. Steve was very accommodating.

Home had everything needed to make our stay easy. Well equipped kitchen, nice yard & fire-pit area, and comfortable beds. There were a lot of bugs at night, but, you’re on a lake! They did provide bug spray. Lastly, the location was perfect for visiting wineries on both Lake Seneca and Geneva.

All rooms were clean. Floors could have been cleaner. We had to go buy our own toilet paper. We had to clean off the outdoor furniture it was covered in spider webs and bird poop.

Our overall experience at this house was wonderful! The view of the lake was great, and the location was close to a lot of wineries and breweries. Our stay started off a little rocky, but Steven was a wonderful host and made sure everything was taken care of. The area had a lot of rain in the days leading up to our stay. The basement flooded and was being pumped when we arrived. Even though we could not get into the house when we expected to, Steven paid for our dinner while we waited. He was always quick to respond and checked in throughout our stay.

The house was in a perfect location for the wineries and great restaurants. They could use some upgrades to their kitchen pots and pans and cooking trays for breakfast. View was just amazing!
