We can't get enough of Blue Haus! This incredible, centrally located home (just 3 blocks from Main St.) is full of features and amenities, all carefully selected with the guest experience in mind! Inside the home you will find three Queen bedrooms and two full bathrooms, plus a set of twin trundle beds AND a Queen sleeper sofa, bringing the total occupancy to 10! The fully stocked kitchen offers all the essentials, plus an assortment of small appliances and serveware, making this home an entertainer's dream! Guests can also enjoy the added convenience of a full size washer and dryer inside the home.

Outside is an unbeatable entertainment area with a private hot-tub, a wood-burning fire-pit, gas grill, covered dining area with a fireplace, and yard games! We know you and your family (or friends) will love Blue Haus just as much as we do!

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Christmas Getaway

The only issue we had was no access to the HVAC thermostat. When it got cold, we could not turn off the AC, but we did figure out how to turn on the wall units for heat. The second part of that problem was the AC would come on when the heaters started warming up the rooms. Everything else was very good. We would stay here again if we had access to the thermostat.

We have stayed in Fredericksburg several times and we love the area. This was the least favorite place that we have stayed. These are our just our observations and opinions. Screen door needs a spring, knocked a pic off the wall 3 times. Bathrooms have ZERO counter space, Rooms have no chest of drawers or counter space, no dishwasher, hot tub cover is broken and sharp, toilet paper holder needed a simple fix, tremendous road noise, no instructions on heating and cooling the home (at least that we could find) and when we ran the wall heater in the north bedroom the smoke alarm would sound, propane bottle in grill was ancient and all but empty (found this out after purchasing filets) We have stayed at several places that has done a tremendous job with balancing county charm with modern conveniences. Unfortunately, this is not one of them. Again, we are not being critical. You asked for a review and these were our observations. We love the Hill Country, but we would NOT stay here again.

Wonderful Home

This home contains everything that you are looking for. Close to Main Street, hot tub, fireplace, fire pit, game room, gas grill. Will only stay at Blue Haus in the future.
