About this property

This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms located on the 8th floor of the East Tower of the Sonoran Sun Resort. The Sonoran Sun I son of the most luxurious resorts on the popular area Sandy Beach. The resort has many fist class amenities like Restaurant and bars Emiliano´s, state of the art fitness center, oceanfront swimming pools, Jacuzzis, BBQ grills (propane and charcoal), full-service spa, beach palapa's, convenience store, aqua bar, and tennis court. This is truly paradise!

The unit capacity is for 4 persons but you can add two additional guests as this unit has a sofa sleeper in the living room. The living room has been furnished with an L shape sectional sofa with very plush pillow backs. The family area comes with end tables, coffee tables, and a media cabinet. The media cabinet has a TV, VCR, CD player and DVD. You can access to the balcony through the sliding doors of the master bedroom and living room. The master bedroom has a large king-size bed with dark wood framed sleigh bed with cream-colored bedding. The room has a dresser, a leather armchair, and bedside tables. The 2nd bedroom has a king size wood framed bed with cream-colored bedding. The room has matching bedside tables and a dresser. Both bedrooms have a two-door closet with a large mirror and enough space. The unit has two bathrooms one in the master bedroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower and the second one in the hall.

Enjoy your evenings on your own private terrace that has a small beverage table and two lounge chairs. This place is the best to enjoy breakfast while you watch the sunrise over the Sea of Cortez. Great resort on Sandy Beach

Brought the family for spring break and first time staying at Sonoran Sun. I usually stay at a competing resort but the price and amenities were too good to resist. Will be coming back. MG - Phoenix

Sheer curtains in master bedroom

The condo was clean and ready when we arrived. I had reached out to management after booking condo about the sheer white drapes in the master bedroom. They were quick to respond and did note there was no other window blinds or coverings. If you want to sleep in on your vacation, then do what we did and bring a dark king sheet and clips to hang. We hung the sheet up to protect us from the morning light and allowed us the opportunity to sleep in on our vacation. The 2nd bedroom has a shade and does not have direct morning light. I am so glad I noticed in the pics that there are no blinds are dark out curtains and brought something to make our vacation enjoyable. Everything else about the condo and the resort was great!

We would have loved to stay in this condo however we had to move rooms.

This condo was beautiful! Loved the location and view!

Well maintained, upgraded appliances, everything working, very clean

Loved this unit. The owners even supplied drinking water at no extra cost. This was a nice surprise since drinking water from the local system is not safe. All plastic dish and glassware was disappointing. no wine glasses. It would have been nice to drink from real glassware, especially wine glasses.
