Looking for a beautiful, peaceful hideaway where everything is included? Look no further! The 2 bed, 1 bath unit is tucked away on a beautiful 3-acre wooded lot, with a fire pit, covered picnic tables, a playground, and room to play.

We are just a 1-minute drive from the Watauga River where we have trophy trout fishing! Great location in between Johnson City & Elizabethton, TN. Enjoy coffee on your patio in the morning listening to the sounds of the East Tennessee birds singing.

After driving into the woods on our driveway, you'll park right in front of your vacation duplex. Walk up the few steps onto your porch - perfect for a coffee in the woods. The front door opens into an open layout kitchen, living, and dining room. Full bathroom as well. On the right are the 2 bedrooms - the master with 1 queen bed and the 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds. The laundry room is at the back of the unit and is shared with the unit behind you with a locking door on both sides. The couch in the living room doubles as a futon if you need it.

Outside just to the left is the common area with the fire pit, covered picnic tables, a playground, and more!
