Stunning panoramic water views, sunrise and sunset. Steps away from ocean water. Bring or rent fishing and snorkel gear nearby to fish right off the point and enjoy the underwater scenery!

Wonderfully property on Little Torch Key

Thos property was perfect for a weekend getaway for me and my family! The area was quiet and well maintained. The house had everything we needed- comfy beds, onsite laundry, plenty of seating to enjoy meals together, close proximity to an awesome tiki bar, and easy access to Key West. We cant wait to book our next stay!

Wonderful fun

We did a whirlwind long weekend trip and had a wonderful time. Everything at the Captain’s house was as advertised. Easy run out to the Atlantic. The water by the house is on a grass flat so a lot of fun simply snorkeling right out the back door. We will go back.

Little slice of serenity!

First I will start by saying I only write reviews for the best of the best, or the worst of the worst. My wife and myself had planned a trip with some old high school friends. Upon arrival everyone was more than willing to help, I had adequate parking for my truck and boat (amazingly helpful). The home was beautiful and immaculate, It smelled cleaner than high end hotels we had stayed at! The property was clean and had all the accommodations we needed for our stay. 5 out of 5 stars no question about it! My wife and myself are no strangers to the florida keys and we were blown away! Now everyone who went on the trip are planning on coming back next year and making this a new tradition and we plan on these properties being a part of it from now on! Beautiful home, in a beautiful location, hosted by wonderful and accommodating hosts, and maintained by super helpful group of people. Dont cut yourself short on your next keys vacation, make these lovely properties a part of your dream get away, we know we are and we cannot wait to be back! P.S. Walt the property manager is super helpful on local hot spots and things to do. As well as the great fishing locations, dont be afriad to ask!

We had a profound thought to bring families and friends together in creating vacation memories in Little Torch Key, Florida. The first vacation home started in 2018. It was surprising to see the admiration of many who loved home sharing. We were overjoyed with our guests and their sincerity. Hospitality was so natural! And so Cozy Coves acquired the second and third waterfront homes in the same year.
