This colorful apartment is all you'll need for your stress-free stay in the Conch Republic. THE MELLOW MACAW is located right in Old Town near the famous Southernmost Point of the United States, two blocks from the Southernmost Beach, and just steps from Upper Duval Street. You couldn't be any closer to the nightlife and attractions of downtown (La Te Da and Banana Cafe are a block away, the Hemingway House is just down the street), and yet this tropical two bedroom retreat is tucked around the side of an Old Town home with its own private patio. You won't need a car, but should you decide to bring one you will have a private off-street parking space.

THE PATIO...

Through a quaint gate off Virginia Street, pass around a tall tropical tree and follow the path along to your private entryway. Through your hidden gate you'll be in a completely fenced private outdoor porch area with a full outdoor dining area. THE MELLOW MACAW is equipped with comfortable patio furniture sitting under a big shady umbrella, and a gas grill for preparing outdoor meals and enjoying happy hour just a quick walk to the attractions that await you on Duval Street.

THE LIVING AREA...

Opening the front door of THE MELLOW MACAW you'll find a cozy, island-inspired home with an open living plan. As you enter the apartment, you'll be greeted with a brightly colored and comfortable sectional sofa in front of a large flat screen TV. The sectional pulls out to a Queen sized bed to sleep 2 extra guests.

THE KITCHEN...

Beside the living area, the open kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools you'll need to whip up a meal at home. The kitchen is also equipped with an electric stove, oven, and a dishwasher for easy clean up after meals. There's even a small sound system to set the mood while having dinner.

THE ACCOMMODATIONS...

• Second Bedroom: Queen bed, large armoire, and flat screen TV.

The shared hall bathroom has a walk-in shower.

• Last Key Realty vacation homes are rented to family groups and responsible adult groups only. Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
