This is a beautiful property with spectacular views. The house is very well stocked for eating and cooking in and relaxing both inside and out. There are multiple places to relax including a nice home theater system upstairs and lounge chairs outside. The hot tub was amazing as it looks out over the bluffs. Beds were comfy and everything was super clean. Instructions were provided for everything which was thoughtful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Lastly the owner left us delicious homemade baked bread, jam and a bottle of champagne to enjoy during our stay! I hope we will have the opportunity to stay here again!
This trip was a quick surprise to see some family and it did not disappoint! Everything was absolutely perfect!! The cabin had everything you needed and more, the views are unmatched! The host were very responsive, and the house was just beautiful! Everyone in our group is ready to plan another trip! Thanks again for everything!
This property is fantastic! Nestled at the end of a dead end road after a short, windy drive, Bluffview is exactly what it shows. A gorgeous home that is stocked with every imaginable amenity, and a fantastic view of the entire town of Pikeville from the deck. The hosts were full of hospitality and ensure your stay is perfect. I came to the area to scope out places to move and it was difficult not to be sad that the best property is theirs! 😄 The drive up the mountain isn’t bad at all, and well worth it, many times over. I will definitely be back!
My friends and I really enjoyed the stay. The place is really clean and has everything we need. The host who lives in the RV near the property would bring anything extra that we need. The view from the accommodation was nothing short of spectacular – a picturesque panorama that left us in awe from sunrise to sunset.
Not only was the scenery amazing, but the cleanliness of the property was impeccable. It was evident that the owners take great pride in maintaining a spotless and inviting environment. The attention to detail in every corner of the rental did not go unnoticed, making our stay exceptionally comfortable.
The drive to the cabin is easy, there is no scary uphill at all, no need for AWD. If you're seeking a place that offers both a feast for the eyes and a pristine living space, this VRBO is a hidden gem you won't want to miss!

About the host
Hosted by Mark
In 2019, my wife Penelope and I moved from Florida to buy a cabin on a mountaintop in Tennessee and have enjoyed remodeling it. Now we have turned our home into a short-term rental. Our goal is for guests to experience peace and respite, just as we do everyday. We both work from home and live nearby so we are close by should guests need anything.
Why they chose this property
We chose this mountaintop neighborhood for the view!
What makes this property unique
Our property is unique because it is located on a dead-end street in a quiet neighborhood, removed from the hustle and bustle of city life, but only a 20-minute drive to popular stores and restaurants.
