As part of the Trout Hills Condominiums nestled next a winding lake, Condo #723 has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, offers state-of-the-art amenities, the finest of furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen (with double oven and icemaker), wireless internet access, digital music system, cable/satellite television, dining area, keyless entry, private garage and an outdoor balcony overlooking the surrounding woods. All bedrooms feature queen sized beds and ceiling fans. Additionally, the Master Bedroom features an on-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. The Condo is located one floor above our main level.

Room rates DO NOT include a cleaning fee, damage waver and state/lodging taxes.

This home is professionally managed by HIGHLAND RIM RETREATS

Great Weekend Getaway - Close to lots of Trails

We loved our stay! My only compliant is that I wish they had more bakeware/cookware, as well as more kitchen towels. If you plan on doing a lot of cooking, definitely bring extra supplies and cleaning supplies!

Great Condo and Staff Interaction

I was moved to a different unit last minute due to maintenance, but Miranda was great to work with. The property was as advertised and our family enjoyed the stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time, the condo was awesome and the area was very quite. Enjoyed both evenings around the fire pit and cooking dinner on the grill. Had breakfast at the General Store one morning...very good and reasonably priced. The kids had a blast on the lake, kayaking and fishing. Planning a trip back next summer to fish and get in the pool.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had several issues, that were brought to the managers attention.1 - One bedroom the power would not work w/out tripping circuit2 - Microwave acts like it is working, but did not cook3 - Dishwasher turned off after starting.4 - Master sink would not drain5 - No Toaster6 - No washcloths or extra hand towels7 - Ceiling fans turn off for no reason8 - No Kitchen sink soap or sponge, and no extra trash bags9 - No colander10 - No Washer & dryer. Specifically requested.11 - Chair on balcony green, dog noses and finger prints on glass door. Fir balls floating around.11 - Gravel road with ruts12 - Pool wasn't opened. No facilities on Eclipse day. Several people at Pavilion.13 - Several of amenities listed were not available.Good side - Furniture was comfortable. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a last minute booking and are so happy we found this condo! This community was beautiful and so peaceful! The lake was serene. We were able to walk the roads with our dogs and it was not heavily populated. The condo was perfect & we had the entire building to ourselves. We stayed in a 3 bedroom. The space was nice, clean and all we needed. Only disappointment Rms t was the outdoor patio was a little small for more than one person and only 1 chair. Not that big of a deal, only a suggestion for making the patio more relaxing.

We had some problem with the code when we first got there but they called me back fairly quickly especially since it was late at night. Also, they promised internet and we never got the internet to work. The condo unit needed a colander and baking pan and it was kind of annoying that they only gave you starter paper towels and toilet paper/garbage bags. We bought some and left it for the next person. Overall, though, a very nice facility and beautiful property.

The loft and basement accommodated lots of children and the adults all had there own room. The main floor bedroom was perfect for my father in law who has advanced Parkinson's disease. The trout hill condos accommodated our other family members and we were all able to gather at the preserve house. Our family was able to fish together at the lake and hike at the Fall creek falls. The property was beautiful! We had an amazing time!

Family weekend

The unit was clean - but further away from Fall Creek Falls than expected. Our family in the area lives 10 min from Fall Creek Falls - this was a 45 min drive to their house. The owners were nice and called with a specific issue. They responded to all of my questions.

The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great experience. The condo was very clean and well kept. The surrounding area was beautiful -- we made use of the tennis courts, outdoor fireplace to roast s'mores, the swimming pool, and canoes during the time that we weren't hiking at Fall Creek Falls. Having a general store on property was a plus too. We had a bit of an issue with the WiFi during the stay, but the management was easy to work with and happy to help us with it.
