About this property

Park Avenue is located right in the heart of Traverse City in the Bay Park condominiums. This second-floor, two-level condo features three bedrooms and 1.5-bathrooms, welcoming up to eight guests.

There is a bright, open, living/dining room area with a balcony and a view of F&M Park. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a single sofa bed in the living room. All of the bedrooms have room-darkening shades—great for sleeping in!

F&M Park is directly across the street and is perfect for having a picnic or letting the kids play on the spacious playground. The condo is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Rent a bike and hop on the Tart Trail that runs for miles. With festivals and fairs, wineries and breweries, and so much more, Traverse City is a great place to explore with something for everyone!

This property was perfect for our family of 5!! Enough space & room inside to be together!! Having the lovely park on one side of the building and a 5 minute walk to the water on the other was wonderful! Was quiet and very clean. If we vacation in TC again this will be the first place we check for availability

Nice home base for Downtown TC

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Nothing fancy but a nice spot to call home base in Downtown TC. We chose this spot as it was walking distance to downtown bars, restaurants and shopping and a close drive to wineries. The only issue we had was the upstairs bathroom sinks did not drain well. We didn't tell the property manager as we were there for a short stay but recommend they get that fixed. Everything else was great and as described.

Girl's Trip

The trip itself was wonderful and much needed. We recently loss our mother and father within a 45 day period.. There were some things that we found in the rental property that were unsatisfactory. The carpet in the living room/ dining area had spots throughout upon arrival. The shower walls really need a deep cleaning. The soap dispensers in both bathrooms were diluted with water. We did however, appreciate the clean linen on all beds.The kitchen space was also very clean. I do suggest that all of the bedrooms should have benches to sit luggage and, since the bedrooms are not furnished with tvs, the one in the living area should be larger.
