About this property

Park Avenue is located right in the heart of Traverse City. This second-floor, two-level condo features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, welcoming up to 8 guests.

There is a bright open living/dining room area with a balcony with a view of F&M Park. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a walk in shower. There is a single sofa bed in the living room. All of the bedrooms have room darkening shades—great for sleeping in!

F&M Park is directly across the street and is perfect for having a picnic or letting the kids play on the spacious playground. The condo is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Rent a bike and hop on the Tart Trail that runs for miles. With festivals and fairs, wineries and breweries, and so much more, Traverse City is a great place to explore with something for everyone!

Amazing experience!

Loved this location, so close to walk downtown, and the park across the street is scenic from the balcony. The unit was perfect for us, family of 4, everyone had room for themselves, and lots of space to come together as a whole family. The unit had everything we needed. No issues with the wifi at all. All in all, it was a great week in this location! We will definitely book it again!
