An invitation to relaxation. Take a break and relax to the sound of cicadas in this peaceful oasis surrounded by olive trees.
You will enjoy a private garden for your meals and chill around, and you will enjoy a few laps in the salt water pool to cool off. You will undoubtedly come across the house cats lounging around.
The house is located 3 minutes from the many shops of Roquefort-les-Pins, 10 minutes from the charming village of Valbonne and 10 minutes from the nearest beaches. A trip to Saint-Paul-de-Vence (15 minutes) or Antibes, Nice or Cannes (30 minutes) is a must.
We will be more than happy to share our good tips to help you have a pleasant stay in our beautiful region.
The 50m2 apartment is located on the ground floor, not overlooked, and includes a large 15m2 bedroom with queen size bed and high-end mattress, a 9m2 bathroom with adjoining WC, and a living room / dining room with a 25m2 open kitchen. A parking space is reserved for the apartment. The garden located in front of the apartment is private and independent and includes a dining area with gas BBQ as well as two relax armchairs and a parasol.
The 10mx5m salt water pool is accessible by a few stairs and is shared with our family or those present in the main house.
