About this property

Inlet view carriage house, private hot tub, 2 bedroom/2 bath

'The Flats' is a newly-renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom carriage house with water views of Tofino Inlet and mudflats. Our property is in Jensen's Bay estates, a 5-10 minute walk to South Chesterman Beach. The house features two bedrooms with king-sized beds, two bathrooms, an open-concept kitchen, living and dining area, and a gear storage/ wetsuit drying room, and a washer/dryer. Outside, the guest area includes a private inlet view deck with BBQ and outdoor seating, and a private hot tub is nestled in the forest nearby. Coming Fall 2023: outdoor shower. Please note that guests are required to climb stairs to the second-story living area, the carriage house does not come with access to the mudflats. Our family lives on-site in a separate building, and we look forward to having you stay. Please review our policies to make sure this is a good fit: no water access,10 pm quiet time, no parties, no smoking, no pets, 4 people max. During peak season June - September we ask that bookings are back to back or leave at least two nights between as we do not book single nights.

Great spot

Nice place in perfect location in Tofino. Easy access to town and the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great spot for a family vacation. Also view was amazing!

great stay for surfing

We came here for a surfing weekend and the amenities and location near Chesterman beach worked really well for our family of 3. Being able to rinse off our wetsuits in the outdoor shower and jump in the hot tub was wonderful after an October surf day. It was also the cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed in. We will definitely be back for our next surf vacation!
