Also the house is located minutes from Downtown and Broad Ripple and a short drive over to the Indiana State Fairgrounds. This is the lower level of a duplex style home. We rent both listings if you have a larger group, please inquire.

You can also enjoy a full kitchen with everything needed to cook a great family meal. Sleep comfortably with 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have queen beds and 1 of which has 2 queens. The house has 3 full bathrooms. The outside of the house includes a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the outside air.
