Villa La Estancia is one of the only privately owned resort communities on the swimmable Medano beach in Cabo San Lucas. The vacation complex offers guests the convenience of a market/pharmacy, a deli, an ice cream parlor and various retail shops. A shuttle services the resort complex for your convenience.

There is a master suite with a king size bed, five-piece bathroom, jacuzzi tub, his/her sinks, and sliding doors to the patio. The second bedroom has two queen beds and a full bathroom. All bathrooms have marble floors and granite counters. All of the bedrooms have a TV and there is a Roku available for smart TV apps.

The kitchen has an upgraded custom granite counter top bar along with all the appliances needed for home cooking - stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator. Other appliances include coffee maker, blender and full size pantry. The granite dining table is fit for a party of six. There is also a washer and dryer located off the kitchen for laundry. **The water is filtered and drinkable at La Estancia

The family room has a sofa bed along with two leather chairs and a TV. The dining table is large and seats six people. There is also a bathroom with shower located off the family room.

The expansive patio has another granite dining table, lay-down beach chairs and a Weber grill. There is also an ice machine located under the sink on the patio.

Note: the sofa bed is 60"x72" in diameter. This is a little small for an adult but great for younger children.

A personal concierge is available to guests prior to and during their stay. The concierge will arrange dinner reservations, excursions, and even shop for groceries! Extra charge for shopping and groceries.

The resort guests are offered all of the amenities of a 5 star resort, including: 24 hour front desk service & security, concierge, tour desk for excursions, maid service & amenities, room service for charge, multiple restaurants on site and next door, a business and fitness center, tennis courts, a beautiful pool and beachfront swimming area, and ocean view hot tubs.
