Bright and Spacious Modern One Bedroom Basement Unit
Welcome to your cozy and stylish 1 bedroom apartment that comes fully furnished and move-in ready! As you enter, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting living area complete with comfortable seating, a 65" flat-screen smart TV, and tasteful decor. The living room is open to the kitchen that is fully equipped and features modern appliances, including a 2 burner electric stove top (220V), large basin sink, full fridge and full dishwasher. Coffee maker, microwave, and large toaster oven as well with all the necessary cookware and utensils. Please Note: unit is accessed through the main house. Entry is through the front door, down a short hall, and basement door is in the main level kitchen. You may encounter home owners coming and going from the unit at times.Property is on a Cul-de-sac and there is always ample street parking.
