This condo has the best view of the ocean in West Maui. Very clean and comfortable. Be prepared for no air conditioning. The breeze with the doors open helps a lot.

Fantastic unit and wonderful experience!

This unit is on the top floor and on the end so it has an extra lanai and was very peaceful. We loved everything about it and would stay again.

The condo was nice . They contract out cleaning and I’m not sure they ever check the cleaning. The dust on the lamps and shades and all the wall decor throughout was not good. These units do not offer air conditioning however they have multiple fans to use which is ok, but they really require cleaning .i wiped ours down but the dust on the blades was pretty bad . One of the decks off of one bedroom had a sign that said do not use stay off. Well that was disappointing especially with no notice . The location of this condo was perfect, top floor corner unit. . The rules at the pool were a bit much, especially when traveling with children. There were a couple of families with kids who were well behaved and someone came out 3 different times complaining about the noise during the day. As a rental owner I would like to know if paying someone to clean and they are not doing the job they are asked to do it’s time for a new cleaning crew. And now we know to always ask if the units are air conditioned.

Aloha, Thank you for sharing your feedback and for letting us know about the dust on the lamps, décor, and fan blades, as well as the deck closure and pool-rule experience. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, and we’ll have our team look into them. We’re glad the location and top-floor corner setting worked well for you, and we appreciate your comments about the lack of air conditioning so future guests know what to expect. We hope you come back to Maui soon and that we will have the opportunity to be your host again! A hui hou kakou! (Until we meet again.) Mahalo, My Perfect Stays

Beautiful Views and comfortable stay

Overall, a Great place. I saw several large sea turtles every morning while drinking my coffee. Proximity to local activities and eateries was good. Nice people staying there. Only things to improve is to purchase a knife sharpener for the kitchen and the condo's shared gas BBQ grills were often only partially functioning.

Daniel, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us! We're happy that you thought our home was nice and that you saw those amazing sea turtles! We appreciate your feedback and our local manager has assured us that a knife sharpener will be added. Unfortunately, we don't have control over the shared grills but we appreciate your comments and have passed them along. We enjoyed having you as our guest and we hope to host you again soon.

Stunning top-floor condo with breathtaking ocean and Molokai views from the balcony, perfect for sunset watching. Relax to the soothing sound of waves at night. Features two bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room, and a well-equipped kitchen for cooking. Includes beach chairs, surfboards, and an umbrella for enjoying nearby Napili Beach, our favorite local spot. Convenient parking next to the elevator. No air conditioning, but comfortable with fans during our mid-April stay.

Kahana in October 2024

Most amazing views I've ever seen. Yes, views. Molokai off one balcony and Lanai off the other. Breathe taking. One of the reasons I chose this property is the location, it cannot be topped. The condo is spectacular, plain and simple. The exterior floors and railings are cleaned daily. I was so impressed. Who needs The Four Seasons? After this vacation, I wouldn't stay anywhere else. I absolutely Loved Holohani. Mahalo to Perfect Stays for a perfect vacation.

Maui Wowy

We had a great time. The view is outstanding with views of turtle, whales and flying fish. It was like sitting in a boat watching the sea life around. The suite was a bit dated, and beds were a bit uncomfortable, it could have used a bit more thorough cleaning in the kitchen and fans/ screen doors. Otherwise the unit was in an awesome location. Listening to the waves at night was a dream in itself. Some pool deck furniture needed repair. There was Risk of someone getting hurt when they laid on them. Otherwise a great property overall

Perfect condo!

The Hololani B804 condo was perfect for the four of us. It was clean, well-appointed, and had plenty of room for us to each have our own space, with comfortable seating. Breakfast on the lanai was my favorite and the view of Molokai and Lanai from morning to sunset was perfect. We saw turtles, stingrays, and even a shark from the 8th floor! The location was so convenient - Miso Phat and a coffee shop across the street, Joey's Kitchen 5 minutes north, and Lahaina 15 minutes south was great. I'd recommend this condo to anyone and would love to stay there again. Mahalo!

Great Place to Stay with Family for 2 Weeks

I just got back from staying at this unit for almost two weeks with my family. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this location for anyone looking. - The view is amazing from the 8th top floor! We saw whales, turtles & amazing sunsets everyday. 10 out of 10 for the view off the balconies. There are two balconies with great views from both. - The walk to the beach is short and the beach is great for snorkeling or just hanging out. We also saw a large sea turtle beached here and turtles everywhere each day. - Parking spot for this unit is right beside the elevator and makes it super easy to get in and out each day. - Elevator is quick and no real having to wait. - The unit was super clean & worked great for us. Two queen beds, pull out sofa, nice kitchen and your own washer & dryer. - There are plenty of fans to keep you cool at night and going to sleep with the waves crashing each night was nice. - Both bathrooms are spacious, one has the shower only and the other has the shower/tub combo. - There is a mc donalds, coffee shop, gas station, brewery, bar/cafe, sushi place right across the street you can walk to. - You can get to Lahaina & Kaanapali easily with no real traffic issues. - We did notice that it would rain & get cloudier as this location then in Lahaina each day. Lahaina would be sunny & clear but the short drive to the unit it would be cloudy/rainy some. Would highly recommend for anyone looking at this unit but not wanting to stay in the expensive Kaanapali beach area.
