Pole House #25 is located between the Sunriver Village Mall and Fort Rock Park. This stand alone Cabin is just a few minute walk to the Sharc Aquatic Facility and comes with 8 UNLIMITED Sharc Passes. Invite up to 10 guests and your four legged best friend in this spacious, 1800 sq ft, 3 bedroom vacation condo!

This special 3 level property offers 2 separate loft areas and 2 decks!
The main loft provides a hide a bed and 2 extra seats and Tv. This is a perfect spot for kids to play games, watch a movie or do puzzles! The many skylights make this loft space unique!

The 2nd loft (ladder access) has 2 twin beds…perfect for extra sleeping space, or a special hideaway. The window allows for wildlife viewing and catching a glimpse of the Central Oregon night sky.

The 3 bedrooms have their own distinctive themes that are sure to leave a lasting impression!
The Northwest Cabin Bedroom is equipped with log style furnishings including a queen bed, tv for watching your favorites, and a comfy chair perfect for reading with the natural light let in by the 2 large windows.
The Golf themed Bedroom is decorated with golf club accents and framed photos of endless green courses. This room is also supplied with a Queen bed, extra seating and TV. Access to the newer private Hot Tub is just steps away, perfect after a day on the Course!

The Ski Lodge Bedroom highlights the many winter activities that Sunriver has to offer. The vaulted ceiling and grand skylight make this room light and bright. It's sure to keep you cozy with a queen size bed, TV, extra seating and ample storage. Soak your muscles after a day on the slopes in the private Hot tub just outside the bedroom, a stargazers paradise!

The fully stocked kitchen leads to the dining area with large round table perfect for family meals!
The deck outside is conveniently accessible from the dining room and makes for easy meal prep.
This deck is furnished with a large outdoor dining set and gas BBQ and offers a view of the natural setting including soaring pine trees and endless skies.

The cozy lodge feel continues into the living room perfectly appointed with a gas fireplace and floor to ceiling lava rock surround. There is a flatscreen TV and the outdoor deck with is also accessible from this living area.

Relax in your private hot tub, grill up your favorites or hop on the bikes and ride the Resort’s 33 miles of paved bike paths.

Fun Themed House

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s decorated so carefully and differently. We had fun looking at everything inside the home. From a golf room, to a winter room. My kids LOVED the loft, especially my daughter who is obsessed with horses (you guessed it, horse themed). I’ve never seen them so excited to unpack and have their “own” rooms. The location is insanely close to sharc and the village. We were almost disappointed at how close we were because we love riding our bikes throughout town lol. I was concerned of lack of garage, but they did have a small shed we were able to put our cooler and a few bikes in. We would stay here again :)

Well stocked home with room for all

Enjoyed our stay at this centrally located pole house. It has everything you might need and then some. Furnishings are a bit dated but we loved it, completely captures the essence of Sunriver and would definitely book again.

Super Clean, Great Location

We had a great time at the Pole House! It was super clean and cozy. The location was incredible, so close to the SHARC and the Village. The interior could probably use a cosmetic upgrade soon to continue to be able to justify the price compared to other Sunriver properties, but it was very clean and everything was in working order.

Cozy Cabin

Had a great time over Christmas with my family. Snow falling, sledding at Sharc (passes included), fireplace and the cozy cabin feel. Completely stocked kitchen. Lots of kitchy decor. Good times. Thanks for the memories.

Great cabin in Sunriver

The property was centrally located, the hot tub was lovely, and the home was clean. Our only complaint was that the beds weren’t the most comfortable, especially the pullout couch in the loft. Otherwise, we greatly enjoyed our stay. I will also note that the loft, especially the ladder, felt somewhat dangerous for little children (our 2 and 3 year olds needed to be supervised at all times on the second floor to prevent falls).

Very clean

I’m a house cleaner by profession and I’ve noticed since 2020 the places I’ve stayed haven’t been as clean as I would’ve wanted but this house was very clean and there was a lot of attention to detail. No cobwebs, no dust just very clean in general. Very cute cabin feel. Thank you

Plenty of space for two families. The layout does not allow for night time adult time without kids if you are using the lofts for them. My kids loved having their own loft space. The kitchen was stocked with most things you need. The kids liked the hot tub and having a washer and dryer were key. The big table fit us to eat which was also nice. Overall I would recommend this home!!

Thank you for your review Rachel, we agree this home is in the perfect location and close to the Village mall & Sharc. Since the loft is not enclosed, the sound would carry and I understand it would be difficult to have little ones sleeping up there. I would recommend one of the bedrooms next time and maybe the adult activities in the upstairs loft. We can't wait to have you stay with us again !

Wood floors need replaced or refinished. I found old food stuck on the floor that just blended in with the dirty-looking damaged flooring. It woukd be hard gor anyone to clean these floors without scrubbing on your hands and knees. Fix them!

Also allowed dogs which is a plus for us. Dining table was super for dinners and games - nice large space. Kitchen well stocked - small space but we all cooked together and it worked. The living area is small, and needs a DVD player with the TV for family movie nights. We missed the garbage pick up - wish it was posted on a note in the kitchen to make it easy for guests. Super cute cabin, nice decor and enjoyed the hot tub apre ski days. The third level loft only accessible by ladder would work for teen kids/we didn't use it at all. Would stay again for sure!! Dog approved :)

Family Trip To Sunriver - Every year

Nice spaces for everyone to be together or to spend time doing different things in other parts of the house (playing games, watching movies, etc.) The BBQ deck was great. A little sun in the morning and shaded the rest of the day for us to relax outside without being too hot. We had stayed in Polehouses before so we knew it would be a good fit overall. This particular house was strange as we heard things bumping in the night (Loud noises of things dropping and people on the stairs when all of us where asleep). (Never experienced this before.) It certainly gave us something to talk about in the mornings. :)

Great family vacation rental

Spend a lovely week in Sunriver enjoying biking, rafting and the SHARC. The location of this property is perfect; close to the SHARC, village and a short bike ride to Fort Rock Park, Nature Center and Marina. Loved the hot tub, spacious house and well stocked kitchen. Some issues came up during our stay but were solvable. Carpets were recently cleaned and smelled funny at first but fine after airing the place out. Out recommend having carpet company look at it if smell persists. Property management was helpful for replacing power strip was out (which effected WiFi- troubleshooted with WiFi provider), extra toilet paper and sent a handyman to fix screen doors and light bulbs. Would have preferred not have to do maintenance on our vacation but it should be ready for the next guest. Light on the hot tub deck remained out after asking for it to be changed.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off its a cool cabin type of home. They have taken out the nice wood burning fireplace and put in a fake gas thingy so I don't think I would like to stay here in the winter. One thing I did not notice it that it doesn't have air conditioning. I just didn't notice that before going. This is a pet friendly place so a bit of pet hair is expected. We had to wash the comforters when we got there as the amount of dog hair was a bit much for our liking. One of the reviews says they supply six bikes. THEY DO NOT. There are only two bikes to use so bring your own. This would have been nice to know and I shouldn't have assumed they have six. The water heater is OLD. You absolutely cannot have two things using the hot water at the same time. Like washing dishes and taking a shower, it just cant keep up. Time to replace the Water heater, Carpet, Windows, and dish washer. Those four improvements would make the world of difference.

Thanks for your feedback Carl. Please always allow us to come out to the home to 'reclean' if there are things below standard (dog hair). We can't control what people say in reviews, so I sincerely apologize if you were misled by a review that suggested there were six bikes at the home. Bikes are something we NEVER guarantee because we've had scenarios where guests have damaged or destroyed the bikes just prior to a check-in and they are not rideable, so we try our best to offer them to guests and have them in ship-shape, but can't ever guarantee due to unforeseen situations. Had you called us to confirm what you read in a review, we would have told you this, so I am sorry we did not get that chance. Thanks again for this feedback and we hope you'll get back to Sunriver soon.

Not up to par

We've been to Sunriver several times, though not in recent years. For the price, this unit (Pole House #25) was a let-down. On the upside: - Location was good - SHARC passes and working bikes were pluses - Communication was good - Internet was good (even without any "premium" channels) - Kitchen was very well stocked On the downside, in no particular order: - Leaky downstairs toilet. We called maintenance and they improved (but didn't fix) the issue, but created another one in the process: very weak flush. - Uncomfortable beds, especially the one in the downstairs "snow sports" room. - Many electrical outlets are failing - very loose connections. They should pretty much all be replaced. This is a hazardous condition. - Several rooms (mostly the bedrooms) have spongy/squeaky floors which transmit noise to the rest of the house. - Cooling function of the central air system (I can't call it AC) was very ineffective. It was damn HOT. - The fans in both bathrooms need cleaning. - Rooms were overly thematic. I know this can be a personal choice, but for us cut back the clutter and glitz pleeeze. - Furniture in general needs upgrading. Living room furniture was not comfortable. Dining room chairs did not match the table height. I realize that the Pole House compound has some of the oldest homes in Sunriver. Unfortunately, it shows. I would not stay here again.

Can't wait to go back

Perfect place to spend a long weekend with kids. Close to everything. We walked, skied, biked, and the community center is a 10 min walk away. The cabin is adorable and had everything we might have needed. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Fantastic Thanksgiving

We had a fantastic stay. I worried the home would be too small when we first got there but it worked out great. There was space for all. It was very cozy with the fireplace. We loved the circular table! The kitchen was incredibly stocked...it had everything we needed and then some....and we were doing a full on Thanksgiving dinner. The plates and bowls were festive. The house was clean and welcoming. My daughter said it was the perfect Thanksgiving. We utilized the walking paths, Sharc passes, village coffee and nature center. I highly recommend this vrbo, it was a magical experience!!! The only draw back was all the vrbo fees doubled the price of the rental.

Location was great with backyard deer every morning. Gas fireplace very nice in the evening. The pool restrictions seemed ridiculous. I would wait 2 hours in line for a 2 hour swim session. The manager harassed me about my grandchild’s swim diaper. There is very limited internet info on swim restrictions, but I found a sentence on a paper on a sidewall in the kitchen - even though he said it was everywhere. He seemed very unprofessional. Also, what happened to tennis courts ? We didn’t have any pickle ball equipment, so we didn’t play. Overall great experience/fun for my family.

I checked your reservation and notice that you did not call us to let us know there were issues with the kitchen. Our staff is very responsive to our guests needs and do their best to remedy any and all complaints from our guests. Sorry to say we have no control over what happens at the SHARC. They are their own entity and make all their own rules. Covid has done a number on the water park this past year. We all hope next summer will be better. The SHARC is also in charge of pickle ball reservations and you can keep updated on their changing rules and regulations either on the SHARC webpage or the Sunriver Home Owners Association webpage. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Positives: check in and out were easy. The beds comfortable. The kitchen very well stocked. They have a good variety of games and puzzles. It was a quiet neighborhood. Pet friendly. Lots of space. Good for a large group. Negatives: it was not clean. Spilled water on the floor, wiped it up with a paper towel and it was black. The bathrooms were not cleaned with any detail, either. An old and dated property.

Thank you for your recent review of Pole House 25. We're so happy you found the beds to be comfortable, check out and in was easy for you, and that the house had lots of space for your large group. I hope you were able to make some lasting memories. In regards to the home not being clean, please, please let us know this information when you check in. Our housekeeping and maintenance teams are very responsive, and we could have had our folks out there right away to remedy the situation.
