Lovely stay and great location.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was in a great location and had everything that we needed. They beds were amazingly comfortable and Margot couldn’t have been nicer more helpful. She is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. Super easy to communicate with. Can’t wait for our next trip here.

The location of this condo is perfect. We walked to the beach and the boardwalk. Also enjoyed having coffee on the deck listening to the waves with unobstructed views of the sand dunes. The condo was equipped with everything we needed during our stay.

The property was in great condition when we arrived. As this was all of our first time to Pensacola, Margo was super helpful with ideas in seeing the city. We had no issues with anything on the property or parking. The parking is a little tight but this in no way a reflection on Margo or her condo. The added bonus for us is that we were directly across the street from the beach and we had a dock that allowed us to fish as well. There truly was a little something for everyone to do on our trip. The condo was a great place for us after a long day exploring or sunning on the beach to relax. 10/10 would stay with Margo again.

The large deck was my favorite part. Perfect for having morning coffee. It was very private as well. The pool was great! Rooms were very spacious.

To many pictures and stuff on walls it was overly stimulating.Not enough comfortable chairs in living room. Deck had table but only 2 chairs that looked like they came from good will. Their was to other beach chairs to sit in if you could squat down to get into them and the porch decking was in very bad shape and where afraid to go out their barefooted it needs replaced or decorated.

We love visiting Pensacola Beach! This condo has everything you need. Very clean and spacious. My uncle was able to pull his boat up to the dock to take us out for a fishing trip. Margo is a great host and provided great recommendations.

Memorial Day 2025

I can’t rave enough about the owner, the condo and its location.Thank you for providing suggestions on places to eat, visit, and the ability to get rides from golf cart companies. The location is fantastic, the beach is literally across the street. Close walk to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. The condo was updated and super clean. Having a full kitchen helped cut costs on eating out for every meal. The bedrooms being separated by the laundry room and bathroom provides privacy which in the evening is appreciated. There’s the saying, “Don’t judge a book by its cover”, don’t judge this gem from the outside. They keep the pool and grounds clean. When we visited, it was quiet day and night. Are there other newer or shinier complexes, yes, but you are going to pay a much much higher price. You will not get the extras that you do with the owner and her condo. We’ll be visiting again!!!

One of our best vacations!

So much fun! The location is awesome and the inside was set up very nice. Margo was an awesome host, very accommodating and quick to respond. This unit has easy access to the pool and a very cool wrap around deck. We enjoyed the dock for sunsets and fishing, and had fun around the fire pit. The beach is directly across the street and everything is in easy walking distance. We recommend 100 percent! We will be back!!!
