Heart of Flagler Beach, 1 Block To The Beach-Walk to Everything!

Welcome to The Nauti Mermaid! This prime location condo is located in the heart of Flagler Beach! Walk to many restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shopping, churches, parks & so much more!

Sliding doors connect the balcony to the living area. Enjoy a movie on the smart TV, offering cable, Netflix, Roku, and more viewing options.

The bedrooms cater to relaxation as much as the living room does. Each has ample storage and a restful ceiling fan, along with central air-conditioning & heat. The primary suite offers a queen size bed and slider to balcony. 
The luxury bathroom features a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds making this unit the perfect family or couples vacation! In a separate closet is a washer and dryer for maximum convenience.  All the bedrooms and bathroom come with plenty of fresh bedding and towels—no need to bring your own.

Nor do you need to bring any kitchen supplies! Beautifully renovated kitchen has everything you need whether you stay 3 nights or 3 months.  Cookware, tableware, utensils—they’re all included too, along with plenty of counter space and storage.  A four seat table is perfect for all meals.

This unit is kept exclusively pet free for our guest with allergies. Should you want to bring pets, we host 2 additional pet friendly units in this building.

*Two designated parking spots - standard vehicles ONLY - oversized vehicles will have to park in public parking.

We were pleasantly surprised with this condo. We’ve been to Flagler Beach many times, but always stayed with family in Palm Coast. The location of this unit is absolutely perfect! We could walk to multiple restaurants, ice cream shop, gift shops, and the beach. Communication with the owner was very easy. We’re already looking forward to staying there next year!

Great place & perfect location!

This place did not disappoint! It was newly renovated, very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a great get away. We were walking distance to beach access, pier, shopping and restaurants. Our first visit to Flagler Beach and we will absolutely be back!

We enjoyed our stay. The space was impressively clean and tidy. We could see the ocean from one side of the balcony! The beach is just a short walk away, as are numerous restaurants and a few shops. The furniture is comfy and the kitchen has everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

The property was in a perfect location. Close to restaurants and the beach. It was very clean and well appointed. The water in shower could have been a little warmer for us, but overall was ok.

Killer location, great property

The Nauti Mermaid was as described! Clean, easy to access property. Host was incredibly responsive ahead of and during our stay. The amenities were exactly as described. Place was clean and inviting. Location is killer for a quiet beach week. Flagler is a hidden Florida gem. Devoid of chains and tourist traps, it caters well to a quiet beach week.

Neat and tidy

Super clean little condo.... balcony overlooks ocean 2 blocks away. It met all our expectations and was easy to check in and out of. We recommend the Flagler Fish Company and the Flagler Tea Company, both just around the corner from the condo.

The perfect getaway!

I wanted to surprise my wife with a short getaway while the kids were away for summer camp. I found this amazing spot close to the beach and it was more amazing than I expected! My wife who is the planner of the house was so anxious to see where we were gonna be staying and when we arrived she was blown away! The place felt like we were the first guests to ever stay there. It was so clean, refreshing, and overall perfect. Being able to walk less than 6 mins to the beach to catch the sunrise and also just sit on the balcony and catch the ocean breeze or simply people watch was amazing. I had never been to the Flagler Beach area so having a walkable location was ideal. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and immediately decided that would come back again! The hosts were extremely nice and welcoming and made our stay just that much better! Highly recommend!!
