“Super Host” Quiet neighborhood. 5 to minute walking distance to beach and downtown. Apartment interior is recently updated. Avalon is a quaint and relaxing property for when you need to escape the stress of the world.
An “Old Florida” style lanai leads you to your front door. Once inside the living area and kitchen share a space divided with the kitchen counter bar. Big screen tv is viewable from both spaces.  A thru-the-wall air conditioner is located in the living area of this unit.  The kitchen is equipped with a convection microwave and induction cooktops. Cupboards have everything necessary to cook and eat in your vacation apartment. Filtered water dispenser on the outside of your fridge. An LG washer/dryer combo is available for any laundry needs while on vacation.  Continuing thru the apartment to your bedroom, you have your closet and bathroom on your left just past the kitchen and your bed on the right. There is a door out of the bedroom to the backyard area. We are a tobacco free property.
The entire unit is for the guest. Only shared area is the outside courtyard and back yards.
My husband and I live on the island about 5 minutes from the apartments. We are available by text for any questions.
Venice island is full of beautiful tropical plants and historical architecture. Endless walks on the beach. (You might even catch a sea turtle laying eggs or hatching) Wonderful eateries, some with live music. It is definitely the opposite of a party town. Most the shops close by 5. Wonderful unique shopping options.
Venice Island is a planned pedestrian community.  The public bus is not far away. There is tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts close by. There is street parking close by for any guests that at come to visit. Biking is a big part of Venice and there are wonderful trails for biking going North and South from Venice.  Bicycles International will deliver your bike rentals for your stay if you would like to arrange that.
There is free yoga on the beach daily. The farmer's market is about a block away and you are just 2 blocks from downtown shopping.  The island offers lots of beautiful walks with a few “secret” gardens to find. Each unit is entitled to 1 parking space only. There may be additional parking by request.  There is street parking nearby.
