Regatta steps to Vanderbilt Beach- 3Bed 2Bath, Bayview

In the heart of prestigious North Naples. 1.5 blocks to the beach, 0.2 miles to Ritz Carlton, walking distance to shopping and restaurants. and 1.5 miles to Mercato. This 3 Bed 2 Bath light and bright condo filled with tile and hardwoods, has a spacious, fully stocked cooking area with kitchen bar, along with a separate eating area, living room area and large lanai, with beautiful views of the bay. The Master bedroom also has a bay view along with a ceiling fan, tv, and master en-suite with double sinks and a recently upgraded walk in shower. All guest bedrooms have blackout curtains. The third guest bedroom has two twin size murphy beds with a well appointed office desk and seating area. This unit has plenty of linens, beach towels, beach chairs and toys. The Regatta is a gated condo that has access to two large pools; the grotto family pool and the "quiet" pool which is overlooking the bay and marina. There are two fitness areas, two grills and a pavilion area to store food and drinks.

We do not supply toiletries. We will start you with a roll of paper towels and a few rolls of toilet paper. There are additional supplies for cleaning, we just ask you to replace anything you use.

Regatta requires all guests to sign a formal lease and fill out an application that includes a background check ($150). Reservations will not be finalized until this application is approved by the board of directors. This is typically not an issue, but it can take up to 20 days. During this process, your instant booking is being held for you.
